Hi I just read that nettle contains high amounts of iodine. Of course the thyroid needs Iodine to function properly however having too much Iodine is dangerous and could cause the symptoms you described-if you look it up on-line it can even lead to coma and death. I have had the same symptoms you described from my Iodine intake being too high which frightened me. I looked up how much is the recommended daily allowance and I'm more careful now. I hope this helps🙂
Ted in Bangkok actually recommends using dmso to dissolve lung tar - in which case yes, it would be eliminated via the bloodstream - one assumes. I am not a chemist so have no idea what the risks are in that, but it is worth investigating.
A few years ago I suffered from extreme EMF sensitivity.
I'm a very lucky person as I have managed to heal my body to an extent whereby I no longer feel the sensitivity.
This is a big achievement and I want more people to know my process.
We have discovered that all people who have EMF sensitivity also suffer from other problems that seem to be causing EMF sensitivity. The most important is copper toxicity. Copper acts as an antenna in the body. It becomes toxic mainly through stress and lack of zinc. I had very extreme copper toxicity and as I was releasing the copper the EMF got better and better until it's no longer there.
Other issues are high calcium and magnesium tissue levels. This also happens under immense stress, the body raises these minerals to help protect a person from stress. It hardens the cells and makes them less permeable.
Others are aluminum, mercury, arsenic and others.
I would like to invite you to watch a video I made about it which explains things much more.
The demand for Goat fresh milk, increased, particularly in urban centers and tourist resort areas. Small local dairies were helpless to keep up with demand. The problem was that native Goats, feeding on wiregrass and carpetgrass, only produced about milk per day.
Get your thyroid tested and also test to see if you have PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome). PCOS will cause you to gain weight rapidly if you're not treating it. It's fairly common. If that's what you have, you will either need to go on birth control or metformin or both. I discovered I had it after I had to go off birth control pills due to blood clots I developed when I was sick in the hospital. I then gained 50 pounds in a year and a half and could not figure out why because I work out almost everyday and eat very healthy. I got really incredibly depressed too. Apparently being on the birth control all those years and then going off exasperated my symptoms and it became impossible to lose weight. I convinced my Gyno to put me back on birth control since I hadn't had any more trouble with blood clots and after a couple weeks of being back on the pill...I was finally able to lose weight again with diet and exercise. I don't wish this on anyone. I totally feel for you and understand your frustration. Don't give up...keep going to your doctors until you find the answer. I stopped going to a couple doctors that tried to tell me I probably wasn't cutting enough calories. I wanted to slap them. I felt like saying do you even know the hellish diets I've been torturing myself with?!! If eating 800 calories a day and running 10 miles isn't enough to lose weight...I don't know what is! Lol. Hopefully my experience will help others out there going through similar experiences.
