I know this is an old post but I was burning about 10 candle from the dollar store and after about 6 months found out I have very high blood pressure now. Which I didn't before I switched. Does anyone have any advice on what to do to detox from it. Yes switching to beewax and soy but what now?
I knew a few years back that if I had a hand crank juicer I would survive no matter what. I just didn't know exactly what all to juice. Well this video is about a guy who has lived by eating all the weeds within one mile from his house for over 10 years now. And in the process cured his "incurable" diseases. He shows you what all to eat in your "garden". If you have dandelions, plantain, clover and other common "weeds", you'll survive. He doesn't even mention juicing grass. When the grid goes down, he's not going to even notice it. He doesn't even know some of the things he eats. He shows how to tell what to eat. (If bees and deer use them) Plus he shows a new way to look at living and the Earth. Your "garden" should not need any maintenance and grow like weeds on their own. And what grows in your area, is what is needed for people and animals to survive in that area. Pretty incredible video!
Plus he recycles and claims you can make $20,000 with little effort and up to $100,000 a year if you're serious. It's a "5 dvd set" that I put on 3 dvds.
Click the blue arrow pointing down towards the top of the page. The site is safe so no matter what you click you don't have to worry. But this video is a MUST if you want to survive a total grid collapse. I can imagine the military coming to your house and you having no "food" or a "garden" and them wondering how you survive. ;-)
Anyway, well worth the download and will give you a new outlook on what food and health is!
If you're planning on staying at home like me, instead of bugging out, this is the book for you. Not going to say what the name is, for obvious reasons if you know how I get my "stuff". But this is the best book on surviving while staying home during unrest. The Zombies will have a real hard time if they come to your house. It better be a heavily armed and organized group to have a chance. Great book though!
I transferred it into a document, but didn't quite finish it. 121 pages out of about 150. It has the most important stuff in it though.
I've been looking into them for awhile. In the beginning, everyone I talked to said Kangen was the best. So initially I bought a pair of those. Now I am trying to get a few essetials for my parents, who are totally ignorant about anything survival wise. When I started trying to find Kangen around here, no one has them. I then heard about something called a water pen or something like that. They need no filters ever, are small and compact, and supposedly get more impurties than regular filters. They've been used by disaster organizations around the world. Anyone have an opinion on these or others? I would love to have one like this where replacement filters are not needed.
That being said, can you recommend a larger one also, for the home? Should be enough for drinking water, and bathing in an emergency. Don't have 100's to spend, so economnical would help too. Thanks.
