Why do you say it's not natural at all? Turpentine is just pine essential oil. Not harmful if done right. Even water is toxic in too much quantity. The best stuff is from Diamond G Forest Products, 100% pure and organic. I use a cap full to bath in along with Epsom Salts . Turpentine has been used for thousands of years to cure parasites, fungus and a host of other ailments. A little research will indicate it's history as a medicinal product, it even used to in vicks vapor rub. The fear mongering around turpentine use is all political, big pharma doesn't want the word to get out. Can it be dangerous? Sure, but so can crossing the street. Do your own research and decide.
My nutritionist recommended this. Everyone always says it is the vitamin A. But that may only be part of the picture. According to the Book The Truth About Beauty, the author suggests that the phospholipids in the egg yolk repair the SEBUM LAYER of your skin which is damaged by chlorinated water, cleansers and acne products. I have adult acne and was really scared to try it but I have a delicate health condition and can no longer put anything on my face that I would not actually EAT (no joke, my body is really sensitive). I am using it once a week and my skin is looking better I will try to remember to report back here. I also only wash with water, "tone" with spring water on a cotton pad, and finish with a linoleic acid oil such as hemp or grapeseed oil (no vitamin E added) this also helps clear my pores (Linoleic acid oils make sebum more "flowy" and less sticky. I hope this helps someone. Acne sucks
I'm sorry to hear about your symptoms but trust me it can get better! Just believe you will get well. First NEVER eat SOY - it is a major hormonal disruptor. You can have severe acne alone just from soy especially soy milk! I would strongly suggest trying the paleo diet and eliminate all major food allergens - Gluten, SOY, ALL grains, pulses, eggs, Milk and I would really restrict my fruit intake because you are probably dealing with a systemic Candida Infection - Olive leaf extract is good for this and Candex enzyme. I would take HCL and digestive enzymes to help break down your food. Make sure you are eliminating correctly and add gentle colon cleansing to your regime - but don't do that constantly as it will make matters worse. As soon as i stopped eating dairy, soy and grain - my cystic acne went away. I have PCOS and hypo-thyroid. Also have your hormones checked properly to include cortisol (AM and PM) Estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA-s, TSH, T3, T4. Hope this helps.
My son had molluscum when he was younger. It started out with just a couple bumps and our doctor told us it would go away. It kept spreading so I did some research and found molluscumrx online. It really helped my son and was going within about 3 weeks. I hope this helps you. I didn't have anyone when I was going through this.
I started having really bad cystic acne at the age of 35, I didn't know why. Just recently I got diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I don't know if the two are related in my case but this is what I do know. The dermatologist put me on antibiotics - the only thing it did was make me feel horribly tired and have bad headaches. They also put me on topical ziana which is supposed to be excellent and it's really expensive. Also, didn't do anything. Finally, I got fed up with the derms and tried stuff on my own. I started taking a high potency probiotic from whole foods (http://megafood-vitamins.com/megaflora-plus.html) every morning with breakfast. After a few months I saw improvement but not as much as I wanted. So I decided to take 2, and that made a huge difference. I still get breakouts but nothing like before and no more painful cystic acne. But it took a long time to see results so be patient. You can also try applying 1 part apple cider to 3 parts water. It makes your skin glow. Good luck! I
Cleansing your face is essential but you only need to do it twice a day; and do not scrub your face. Just dont touch your skin throughout the day; this is harder than you'd think but try and think consciously each time you rest your head on your hand whilst bored in lesson etc
You do need to keep your skin hydrated, but you need to find the right products for your skin.
Unfortunately, acne can progress into later years but does end for some once adolescence and puberty is over with.
A great product you could try is the Aknicare range, where you can get a face wash, lotion and a cream. Has worked great for me! I hope this is of some help :)
I would advise you take another pill like Yasmin. I have been on Diane for almost a year. I officially lose the plot to life once a month where I make my husbands life hell with my mood swings. He has said he now can see the signs at that time of the month where I actually go insane. seriously bad mood swings, and depression. If you can go onto something else rather do that, I highly recommend yasmin. I have gone off Diane as we are trying for a baby but really it's bad news... Stay away!! I will never use it again.
my dad told me to get 'kamal cream' and it is a little green box only found in pakistan. made my kamal laboratories. he said his whole family used to use it and it worked very good for him. so i am going to try it, and you should also!
I have been browsing the internet because i have become desperate with my condition.
I was diagnosed by my allergologist and my dermatologist that it is atopic dermatitis. But when I searched through the net, the images are quite different from those spots that sprouted at ny back and chest.
When I have come across some of the pages and became familiar with pityriasis rosea, i self-diagnosed my disease to be it because of the similarities of the images and thos found at my back.
My problem is, they said it to go away after a short time but mine has been there for already a year. at first there are only a few but now, it seems that it has already spread almost throughout my back.
Last week, i got admitted to the hospital due to difficulty in breathing because i have eaten something. I was given steriods and other medication which i believe helped because the itching stopped for a while and it amost vanished.
When i went home, i went back to my daily routine. Milk during breakfast and milk before bedtime. After a week, I noticed that the spots went back and they i cant stand the itch just the same.
