Hi guys this is kinda a repost but i am loosing hope.
I've been soo thirsty for over 3 days now. Today is Day 9 of my water fast and i am super thirsty, my mouth is dry even after drinking water, my lips are constantly dry aswell.
The first 6 days of my fast i've been drinking around 3 liters max of water only. Now even drinking 5 liters of water doesn't quench my thirst.
I don't know if i can hold on any longer, the hunger feeling was easy to conquer but the thirst feeling gives me mental and phisical pain (i really can't focus much)
I brushed my lips gently last night, and they were left pretty nice. White layer still there, but excess on top gone. I put on a thick layer of lip balm and went to sleep.
When I woke up, I brushed my teeth, and gently rubbed away dead skin. Like I said before, normally, after rubbing away dead skin, all that was left on the EC area was rawness. Now, you can see the white "skin" remaining on the lips in the top picture. It doesn't come off ever (good sign). Bottom photo shows lips after a few minutes (dry). They feel nice and soft, almost like real lips (though I don't know what real lips feel like, not yet anyway). Fingers crossed!
Hi. That is a parasite. Please take a sample of it to a vet. Say it came out of your pet if you have to. Or that you think you "got" worms from your pet. The vet will look into it. Your regular doctor will not, and the OVA parasite test will come back negative. You know your body better then any doctor, and you know that's not a normal thing have in your stool. You know you don't eat anything that looks like that. Please look into getting help.
Hello, I am in the mist of a parasite diagnoses here at my house. After the doctor visually confirmed the tapeworm and sent it to the lab. The lab test came back negative. I now have that lab being looked into after threatening to take my story to the local media. DO NOT SETTLE for anything other then a parasite diagnoses. I'm here to help in any possible!
I am not over fed at this stage. I am under 150lb and @ 5' 9.5" being small - medium bone size in another few lb I'll be under weight. I've been around this weight since December 1st week or so. So definitely not a overfed body.
Now back in Oct when I used to feel hunger (and was around 200 lb) I was feeling a more sharp and painful feeling. That I had to stop, and I used to do bullet proof coffee to stop. Now I am going to live with it a few days, I've got 36 hours in so far, no idea when I'll be breaking it. Maybe 29th. Maybe apr 1st. Not sure. The feeling isn't too bad. I can manage.
17 When Paul and his companions had passed through Amphipolis and Apollonia, they came to Thessalonica, where there was a Jewish synagogue. 2 As was his custom, Paul went into the synagogue, and on three Sabbath days he reasoned with them from the Scriptures, 3 explaining and proving that the Messiah had to suffer and rise from the dead. ďThis Jesus I am proclaiming to you is the Messiah,Ē he said. 4 Some of the Jews were persuaded and joined Paul and Silas, as did a large number of God-fearing Greeks and quite a few prominent women.
5 But other Jews were jealous; so they rounded up some bad characters from the marketplace, formed a mob and started a riot in the city. They rushed to Jasonís house in search of Paul and Silas in order to bring them out to the crowd.[a] 6 But when they did not find them, they dragged Jason and some other believers before the city officials, shouting: ďThese men who have caused trouble all over the world have now come here, 7 and Jason has welcomed them into his house. They are all defying Caesarís decrees, saying that there is another king, one called Jesus.Ē 8 When they heard this, the crowd and the city officials were thrown into turmoil. 9 Then they made Jason and the others post bond and let them go.
10 As soon as it was night, the believers sent Paul and Silas away to Berea. On arriving there, they went to the Jewish synagogue. 11 Now the Berean Jews were of more noble character than those in Thessalonica, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true. 12 As a result, many of them believed, as did also a number of prominent Greek women and many Greek men.
13 But when the Jews in Thessalonica learned that Paul was preaching the word of God at Berea, some of them went there too, agitating the crowds and stirring them up. 14 The believers immediately sent Paul to the coast, but Silas and Timothy stayed at Berea. 15 Those who escorted Paul brought him to Athens and then left with instructions for Silas and Timothy to join him as soon as possible.
16 While Paul was waiting for them in Athens, he was greatly distressed to see that the city was full of idols. 17 So he reasoned in the synagogue with both Jews and God-fearing Greeks, as well as in the marketplace day by day with those who happened to be there. 18 A group of Epicurean and Stoic philosophers began to debate with him. Some of them asked, ďWhat is this babbler trying to say?Ē Others remarked, ďHe seems to be advocating foreign gods.Ē They said this because Paul was preaching the good news about Jesus and the resurrection. 19 Then they took him and brought him to a meeting of the Areopagus, where they said to him, ďMay we know what this new teaching is that you are presenting? 20 You are bringing some strange ideas to our ears, and we would like to know what they mean.Ē 21 (All the Athenians and the foreigners who lived there spent their time doing nothing but talking about and listening to the latest ideas.)
22 Paul then stood up in the meeting of the Areopagus and said: ďPeople of Athens! I see that in every way you are very religious. 23 For as I walked around and looked carefully at your objects of worship, I even found an altar with this inscription: to an unknown god. So you are ignorant of the very thing you worshipóand this is what I am going to proclaim to you.
24 ďThe God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by human hands. 25 And he is not served by human hands, as if he needed anything. Rather, he himself gives everyone life and breath and everything else. 26 From one man he made all the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands. 27 God did this so that they would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from any one of us. 28 ĎFor in him we live and move and have our being.í[b] As some of your own poets have said, ĎWe are his offspring.í[c]
29 ďTherefore since we are Godís offspring, we should not think that the divine being is like gold or silver or stoneóan image made by human design and skill. 30 In the past God overlooked such ignorance, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent. 31 For he has set a day when he will judge the world with justice by the man he has appointed. He has given proof of this to everyone by raising him from the dead.Ē
32 When they heard about the resurrection of the dead, some of them sneered, but others said, ďWe want to hear you again on this subject.Ē 33 At that, Paul left the Council. 34 Some of the people became followers of Paul and believed. Among them was Dionysius, a member of the Areopagus, also a woman named Damaris, and a number of others.
Mesothelioma is a rare type of cancer that results from exposure to asbestos. It is an aggressive form of cancer that is difficult to treat. As a matter of fact, the mesothelioma treatment options that are available today only help to extend a patientís life or make it more comfortable. These treatment options include surgery, chemotherapy, alternative therapies such as nutritional therapy; as well as a number of emerging treatments.
Well, some people claim it possible to cure mesothelioma using nutritional therapy alone. This includes using herbs, nutritious diet, and supplements.
However, most people, especially doctors, do not believe this is possible. In fact doctors believe that most people who suffer from mesothelioma are only able to survive for a longer period of time because of the availability of advanced treatment options that are present today. These advanced treatment options are also credited with improving the quality of life of these patients. In addition, the management of this disease is improved further by the availability of specialized mesothelioma treatment centers across the country, and which also provide the much needed compassionate and effective care.
1- What are the new developments in the treatment of Mesothelioma?
As a matter of fact, there are some new developments in the treatment of Mesothelioma. These include:
ē Improved methods of diagnosing the disease more accurately,
ē Enhance surgical procedures,
ē Development of new experimental trials (mesothelioma clinical trials), including gene therapy.
A big number of these improvements are being made in clinical trials, meaning that there are better prospects for new, better treatments in the future.
2- The importance of nutritional therapy for Mesothelioma patients?
People who are being treated for mesothelioma are usually very weak and lack appetite. For this reason, proper diet plays a very important role in ensuring that these patients remain strong while battling the disease. The biggest challenge faced by mesothelioma patients is that they find it difficult to eat adequate amounts of good nutrients due to its debilitating effects.
It is important to, first and foremost, appreciate the fact that mesothelioma is present long before any symptoms start to show. In fact the disease is known to take up to 50 years to develop after the initial exposure to asbestos. Because of this, by the time mesothelioms patients come to know they have the disease; they have already lost a lot of weight. This is what makes nutritional therapy a very important part of mesothelioma treatment. It essentially compliments other treatment options in order to increase the patientís chances of living a little bit longer as well as improving his or her quality of life.
3- What should be included in a Mesothelioma patientís diet plan?
Patients with mesothelioma need to have a diet plan that contains nutritious foods in order for them to have the ability to mitigate the effects of the disease. Essentially, this will help them feel better while going through the treatment, maintain weight, strength, and energy, as well as increase their prospects of living longer. In addition, they will reduce their risk of infection and also promote healing.
A good, effective mesothelioma diet plan should ideally include:
Your doctor or dietitian should offer you guidance as to which dietary and herbal supplements you should take. Not all of them are good for you while you are on treatment. In fact some of them can actually interfere with the effectiveness of the treatment you are getting.
2- Nutritious foods
Be sure to include the following foods in your diet plan:
ē Carbohydrates: These foods help provide energy as well as maintaining optimal organ function. Ensure that you include whole grains only in your diet plan.
ē Proteins: Protein rich foods that can help you counteract the effects include eggs, lean meats, fish, tofu, and beans, among others. They also help promote healing and fight infections.
ē Water: Water is very important during chemotherapy because it helps reduce dehydration. You should also take other types of liquids, including soups and gelatin.
Sometime ago, patients who were diagnosed with mesothelioma had very poor prospects of living beyond one year. However, due to the advancement in the treatment options we have today, life expectancy has greatly increased for mesothelioma patients.
In addition, embracing nutritional therapy to cure mesothelioma is very important for you. Without proper nutrition, convectional treatments cannot work optimally. It is therefore important for you to ensure that your diet plan in the course of your treatment contains all the necessary foods that make a nutritious and balanced diet. A good diet plan will also help improve the quality of your life.
