I have oral thrush on tongue. I have tinea versicolor. My IgG came back extremely high against Candida albicans and my mercury was high (amalgams which I is removed over a year ago). I've used IMD quicksilver detox, chlorella/cilantro, pectaclear/oneworld whey, youngevity. I've used utopia colloidal, global healings mycozil, parasite cleanses, enemas, moritz liver flush, oil pulling.
I still have freaking white crap on my tongue. It always comes back. I just cut marijuana out. Alcohol out after nye. Following a pescatarian diet now for 2 months.
I'm now gonna go fully raw for 2-3 months using Robert morses herbs. (His 3 month kit, weeks 1-12).
I'm gonna use turpentine and Sugar 1 tsp with Sugar cubes every day for a couple weeks then 2-3 x a week.
I have mms on way. Have never used it.
Would it be too much to add this to my regime?
I've been liver flushing every 2-3 weeks. No big green stones but I get smelly brown crap out. Lots of floating debri, chaff looking crap. Possibly small bits of grey brown stone. And I'm not sure what else that sinks cause I can never see through the murk.

Right now no supps for 2-3 months Besidesmagic minerals, youngevity digestive enzyme and Morse herbs in fear that Candida will eat my supps.
I found it very helpful to take pictures of my weight, close-ups of my eyes, whites of my eyes, sagging of my face, moles, freckles, wrinkles, stretch marks, and close-ups of my scalp to show hair thickness.
All these will improve and be more beautiful as I made changes in my lifestyle. It made me understand more and more how a healthy, alkaline, oxygenated body and face are so gorgeous.
And this gorgeousness belongs to everyone!

Very quickly on my road to regain my health, I discovered PH strips. You can get PH strips at health food stores or aquarium supply stores.
First thing in the morning before you brush your teeth, just spit on a little piece, and watch it change colour. Healthy saliva is 7.2 PH, full of alkalinity (calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium) to build wonderful teeth.
Likely though, like most adults, especially women, who have been on the pill, or people who are taking medication, they are likely acidic, below 7.2, more like 5.0-6.5.
Women also tend to get bladder and yeast infections which they take many courses of antibiotics for. This adds to their acidity.
Antibiotics also kill off good bacteria, allowing harmful yeast to grow, and this harmful yeast increases acidity.
Remember, the goal is to become alkaline. Children are often a healthy 7.2, with alkaline, oxygenated bodies. That's one of the reasons they have oodles of energy.
Adults become more acidic as they use up alkaline resources to neutralize toxins taken in.
Your PH will go down when you fall off the health wagon. But as it climbs to healthy numbers, it will give you more incentive to stay on the straight and narrow.
First, I bought a juicer. Every day, I would juice green veggies, with some purple, and other colours.
The green I usually get is kale, spinach, Swiss chard, and some Chinese vegetables. I also add a purple, like beets and purple cabbage. And then I rotate the other colours like red- tomatoes, orange- carrots ect.
Not too many carrots, or you'll turn orange After a couple of months juicing too many carrots, I turned orange!
I juice for supper, around 4 or 5pm.
You would think that's not enough food. But I noticed that as my minerals went up, the less hungry I was. I used to be hungry an hour after a regular supper because it didn't have the minerals that I needed.
Now I drink 20 oz, about 3 cups of veggie juice. That's equal to possibly 10 servings of veggies. (One serving is one stick of celery.) Sometimes I put in 3 or more, so it's easily 10 servings!
I also juice extra, and put it in used pasta jars and freeze them. Every morning, I take one out, and as it thaws, I drink some.
Freezing does damage some of the nutrition in the juice, but I am more interested in the minerals. And they are not damaged by freezing.
I often get green juice twice a day. If you drink your juice before supper, you will probably eat much less.
The huge difference in drinking a lot of green juice will be your poo. I'll talk about poo a lot because it's key to getting healthy. Your poo will be green or purple based on the colour the juice was.
You should poo double or triple what you normally would.
This is my first step because this will clean out your colon, so you will absorb more nutrition. As your colon cleans up, then you can look into supplementing with minerals your food is lacking.

So eating cooked animal products is more difficult for the body to turn into human DNA.

I think your biggest mistake was stopping the MSM. It is the most all encompassing supplement you could ever take because it helps ALL cells communicate better - including those within your kidneys. I don't believe Miracle-Mineral-Supplement kills viruses personally. Though I do believe it can alleviate many of the symptoms caused by the virus to the point of making it negligible.
PS. I also don't think 2 drops is sufficient to address the symptoms of a cold. ie, in most cases, it takes several drops(depending on body weight) several times per day to get to the point where their is sufficient Miracle-Mineral-Supplement to combat most ailments. ie, between 7 and 19 drops type thing(depending on body weight).
Yes, it was well worth it! A lot of the negativity and the leaddenness lifted. There is no change in the diabetes symptoms, the brainfog is still there, and the insomnia comes and goes, but I am much free-er to chase the heavy metals out and parasite cleanse.
This year has definately been a shift in the patterns, been using essential oils and herbs, and much of the depression has been lifting. I use nutritional therapy here and there.

Hi, I am doing 8 tablespoons, spread out either over 2 back to back CEs, or 3 back to back CEs. So it's either 4 tablespoons in one enema and then 4 tablespoons in the next, or 4 + 2 + 2.
I usually hold about 15 minutes but have experimented with holding upto 30 minutes.
I read of people doing more than 8 tablespoons and holding longer than 15-20 minutes, so I wanted to experiment. I suppose my body's limits are 8 tablespoons and 15 minutes, at the moment.
Apparently, some people believe that the more quantity and duration you have in your CE, the better, while others seem to think that there is a limit to both before the effect stops getting more.
I usually eat two medium sized meals a day, both of cooked vegetables with some brown or red rice. The vegetables I can get in organic form at this time of the year are different kinds of gourds, eggplant, cucumber, and some beans. I always add tomato and spinach/pok choy/celery to both and about half a teaspoon of Himalayan salt to each meal. Sometimes I replace the second meal with a large quantity of fruit.
I drink between 2 and 3 litres of water since I began adding extra salt.
From Dr. Wilson's write up it seems that I am using more coffee than I should, either in quantity or duration. That does make sense, although I would still not dismiss the idea that even if the amount of coffee is fine, one needs to secure one's mineral balance.
get a small turkish tea cup, light a small wad of paper and place it inside the cup....quickly while it is still burning place it on the back in the centre just at the join of the neck (burning side facing on the body).
The fire will soon after extinguish and you will hardly feel any burn as it will be starved of oxygen and unable to burn... but the oxygen will slowly exhaust over the course of say 15 mins.... you back/skin will be sucked into the tea cup... leave this and it will cause an accumulation of blood - namely dirty toxic blood... after 20 or so minutes, remove the cup and you will find a big purple welt. slit this with a razor blade and lots or dark toxic blood will be released... this should lower you high iron levels and also rid your of toxins...
