Question: "What do the seven churches in Revelation stand for?"
Answer: The seven churches described in Revelation 2-3 are seven literal churches at the time that John the apostle was writing Revelation. Though they were literal churches in that time, there is also spiritual significance for churches and believers today. The first purpose of the letters was to communicate with the literal churches and meet their needs at that time. The second purpose is to reveal seven different types of individuals/churches throughout history and instruct them in God's truth.
A possible third purpose is to use the seven churches to foreshadow seven different periods in the history of the Church. The problem with this view is that each of the seven churches describes issues that could fit the Church in any time in its history. So, although there may be some truth to the seven churches representing seven eras, there is far too much speculation in this regard. Our focus should be on what message God is giving us through the seven churches. The seven churches are
(1) Ephesus (Revelation 2:1-7) - the church that had forsaken its first love (2:4).
(2) Smyrna (Revelation 2:8-11) - the church that would suffer persecution (2:10).
(3) Pergamum (Revelation 2:12-17) - the church that needed to repent (2:16).
(4) Thyatira (Revelation 2:18-29) - the church that had a false prophetess (2:20).
(5) Sardis (Revelation 3:1-6) - the church that had fallen asleep (3:2).
(6) Philadelphia (Revelation 3:7-13) - the church that had endured patiently (3:10).
(7) Laodicea (Revelation 3:14-22) - the church with the lukewarm faith (3:16).
Over the last 4 months I had muscle testing and nutritional response testing done which confirmed I have parasites, but I could tell already because I've had this wiggling sensation in my ears, my feet, my thighs, my abdomen, and most prominently in my anus, as well as anal itching. Besides acne and occasional bloating, I can't really say I have any other symptoms, but I want them GONE.
I have taken VRM 1, 2, and 3, for a month and haven't really felt any different. I don't know if I've passed anything, since I can't tell if it's just undigested food in my stool or something or actually pieces of these things. I've since been switched to Wormwood complex by Standard Process and still don't feel any different and still have all my symptoms.
The problem is I have to stop seeing my naturopath because she is too expensive for me right now, but I also don't want to stop trying to treat these parasites. There is so much information on this site that I'm completely overwhelemed. Paraplex? Enemas? DE? Protocols? Scattering?
I'm 24, a beginner, and aftering taking into account eating organically, I only have maybe $100 to $150 a month at most to spare on supplements and things. What should I do? Can you guys recommend me products and/or protocols? I don't even know which of these things I have...
Also VERY IMPORTANT: I do not have a bowel movement everyday, even though I eat basically fruits, vegetables, and meat, and nearly nothing else (coconut milk, almond milk, potato chips, and sometimes rice make up the rest, I'd guess). I know bowel movements are important so what should I eat to increase them?
