So it does not work on people who might have drug resistance.
For example, almost all the antihistamine does not work on me.
The remedies I got from doctors now, works slow in the beginning, but after a while, it will show.
Some people needs one month, some people need two months.
Some need a few year to get cleared.
I do not know why. Maybe the enviorenment? Maybe too much oil in bloodstream?
I have no idea now. I some times find that my rectum is very oily when I am not well.
Before I get sick, I always feel hungry.
I heard that lack of water intake will make people fee hungry, but the true reason is thirsty. Some times I feel so full, but I still want to eat. So I have to tell myself, to drink before I eat anything. The girl I am helping now , her mother said she does not like drink water too.
I am here, to practice, and to share, that is all
This is really unexpected. In my adult life, I have been in 6 car accidents, (never our fault).
I know, sounds crazy. But winters here, mean the roads are shear ice. People slide into you. I've been through all the therapies until I could live normally.
However, after accidents, you are never really the same. I constantly have to work on my posture, because my muscles all pull me forward, into a hunch position.
As you know, I do gymnastics. Bending backwards works on these muscles perfectly.
When I do a back bend from the floor position, my lower back bends nicely. But I've always lacked full range of motion in my neck, and arms above my head.
Two weeks into distilled water, I woke up with massively stiff shoulders and neck. They were so tight, I couldn't shoulder check when driving.
Then on the third day, I woke up with FULL range of motion. I am more flexible in my upper body now, than I have been since I was 19 (when I had my first accident.)
Now a back bend is so much easier. My muscles get less fatigued because my body arch is higher.
I'm waiting for my hips to gain more flexibility. They hardly bend backwards at all. When they do, I will be able to do a back bend against a wall, crawling down until you get to the ground. This is how you strengthen your muscles. Eventually, I will do a back bend from the standing position, and kick over. But I have to be able to do the splits (I'm getting very close!)
Then, when I can do that, I will be able to to do a handstand (which I can already do), fall into a forward back bend, then stand up. My long term goal is to tumble!
3 years ago, I had full blown chronic fatigue. My fibromyalgia was so bad, I couldn't lift the lid from my glass oven (5 lbs). Now I have energy and strength to do crazy things! All my muscles can hold my own body weight. (I can also lift my hubby off the ground and he's much heavier than me!)
I think my muscles healing at this time is very strange. The body fixes the major organs first. I still have a weak thyroid, still have metal in my brain (EMF sensitivity), and weak immunity (average compared to other people, but we aren't supposed to get colds/flus).
I thought these things would be fixed first; I was wrong. But the body knows when and how to heal itself!
A point to note:
When I was researching distilled water, it's been said to be very careful drinking it if you have a hernia.
You have to gauge your progress because distilled waters tend to make your muscles, tendons and ligaments MORE flexible. That's what is happening to me!
I have to say, we say odd things, is because we try to find out the truth of illness. I am still in the process of it. And I had help from some doctors, and I am willing to share, though I do still do not know why, and I am still trying.
New to the forum, not new to candida issues. This may be a stupid question, but I've never really heard of such an intense water fast. I haven't really dabbled in fasting myself in attempts to heal Candida Overgrowth and I'm curious of what exactly in entails.
What do you do to supplement yourself so you have energy and the ability to function daily on such a long fast. Surely you have to consume something right?
Years ago when I was younger and dumber, I tried the "master cleanse" BS with the lemon water, cayenne and maple syrup and I felt like I was going to pass out about four days in.
I've recently gone refined Sugar free (1 month ago) and have almost completed my entire first round of Humaworm with phenomenal results. However I'm always looking for something to help fast track my results and get all the candida outta me. You've peaked my interest with this fast for sure.
(The Best Years in Life) Whether you're an omnivore or an herbivore, you're likely missing out on some important nutrients. Some diets and certain populations have specific risks, such as women being at a greater risk of calcium deficiency than men, but there are some across-the-board nutrients that almost everyone should watch out for. Due to the plethora of processed foods, fiber is a big problem for most people. Both vitamins and minerals can be lacking. And don’t think your multivitamin has got you covered either. The daily recommended amounts are often too low. Read More.
I see this is a very old post BUT in case you're still around, I'm trying to decide whether or not to take Trazodone (which is why your post came up) for severe insomnia (I also have chronic depression. So far I have been able to avoid anti-depressants but symptoms stay severe and natural therapies have not been successful.)
But what is "Adrenergic receptor antagonist" and "5ht2 receptor antagonist"? Are those descriptions of Trazodone and what it does/how it works?
I will google "Mechanism of Action of Trazodone: a Multifunctional Drug" as suggested. Anyone with advice or more info can respond to me. Thx!
You're not being negative, you're being realistic. I'm just curious with how people's lips reacted to the leave it alone method, and how it relates to mine. Even though I don't know the cause of this condition, I figured since people have posted pics with saying there cured from this method, I might as well try it in case it cures me for some odd unknown reason. One thing I can't stand is the placebo effect with ec. There's so much false hope. I remember with the Lily Epsom Salts method, she talked about how this was it, it cured her, and everyone was hopeful and bought it. Later on she says it didn't work and her lips still peel. Same, thing with the leave it alone method/ constant moisture method, everyone was hopeful and talking about how this was it, later on there are people that say it doesn't work. The main issue with me is that I have a hard time managing my lips and when I'm managing it I still have to wipe my lips constantly. The jaw thing you brought up keeps bothering me. I wish there was someone that has ec, that got braces and jaw surgery, so we would know how it affected there lips.
So I ended up having to break my fast because I passed out behind the wheel of my car. I didn't break it appropriately either. I kind of went on a "bite binge." Mostly chewed and spit but had little bites of everything. Even meat (I don't eat animals). It was weird and I look SOOOOO fat today
Anyway...I gained 2 lbs from it :( But I am back on track today. Figure one day off won't do that much damage and hope it restarts my weight loss (I had reached a plateau). I was just wondering...I want to lose 21 more lbs to hit my target weight, break the fast for one day, then will go on repetititive 7-day water fasts, only eating 300 cals on the days I break it. Here are my stats and my goals.
Ht: 5 ft 7 inch
Current weight: 115
First goal weight: 95 lbs
Second goal weight: 85 lbs
UGW: 82 lbs
So a few questions:
(1) Do you think I should be able to hit 95 lbs by April 27th (31 days). I was so sick on day 15 (yesterday) I am not sure I can make it past 31 days (sorry to be so weak) BUT I also have to hit my goal weight. I am not even invited to easter this year because my mom thinks I am too fat to go
(2)Once I hit 95 lbs I will keep doing 7 day water fast with a one-day break (eating just a 50 calorie veggie wrap and a smoothie). Will I still lose weight doing this?
(3) Once I hit 85 lbs I plan to fast till I am 79 lbs so I can have the swing room for rebound water weight and still be at my 82 lbs goal weight. Do you think I will be able to complete my transformation by June 1st
ALSO, after all of this struggle to lose weight (starting weight was 138 lbs thanks to steroids I was put on after surgery) I will NEVER allow myself to get over 90 lbs again. Will be adopting a fruitarian low-carb lifestyle. Can't wait to be thin again.
