number 1--any male past weight 165 is "fat"
Strong muscles are tight muscles, not large flabby muscle bulk created by over eating and or steroid type use.
That said, on the subject of football, the school coaches promote "eating", the coaches understand that a 300 pound kid can hurt you badly on impact and it makes no difference is the 300 pound kid runs out of energy fast--because he is replaceable with another 300 pound kid.
It is a medical fact that all mammals are being eaten alive since the day they were born by what we call a little invisible worm called "LYMES", a little cork screw worm that can travel inside your nerves and eat your bones like termites eat dead wood….YOU name the disease and odds are lymes is in the foundation of that disease.
SO, kids with eaten up bones and steroid/hormone enhanced muscles often break their bones and tear their ligaments……….look at any professional baseball, football, soccer, , etc. players and they are plagued with injuries……………………use professional boxers as a great example:
professional boxers can't " "Hide"
If your 200 pounds as a boxer, odds are your not lasting long in the ring and if both can last, then they end up hanging on each other because they are so "tired"---aka too fat.
The premium boxer male is 165-70 and they look like they are 200, because they are muscular ………
Then take the light weight professional boxers---down near 120-145 pounds they are fast and can "last"…………….because they are not fat….fat slows down everything in boxing.
Today's school kids are in trouble
They are getting record numbers of concussions and torn ligaments….and just plain wear out on the field. Many can't run because they are too fat.
Most all are vaccinated---aka vaccination damage, which many for 100 years have said can not be "reversed" once the animal dna is injected…
Most grew up drinking garbage like gator aid and many iodine robbing drinks.
Most ate gmo meats, such as endless white buzzard meat (chicken) and fatty beef raised on hormones and hormone enhanced corn.
kids may be taller and larger, which makes them appear to be "athletes", but in all honesty, the worms are the winners………..the worms enjoy these damaged kids.
An example of a 15 year old football player who was not vaccinated--he made the varsity team and played the entire season, while many seniors never made it and had to play all 4 years on the JV team.
Besides no vaccination damage, and consuming anti-parasite herbs since birth----thanks to the late Dr. John R. Christopher BF&C herbal theory----this boy consumed the calcium rich herbs along with very little to no pop, never gator aid, no milk, never taken a vitamin in his lifetime of went to a M.D. after birth and would be the only person on the team to ever consume natural tree iodine and take oregano oil after birth to present day, etc……he would just be a another freshen that made the variety team and played and was depended upon---but in this case, the only freshmen to make the variety and to be recognized 3,000 miles away by folks that write about football/sports; because apparently not that many freshmen 15 year olds play varsity i guess and catch and run the ball.

YEARS AGO, when i was first making the sprays, I made some really potent sprays for a professional baseball player who was plagued with injuries and a truly magnum strength spray for a boxer--who I never heard back from---don't know if he got knocked out of the game the same as 99% will due to injuries in professional sports---but these old sprays set on the shelf for years…then the 15 year old recently turned 16 and I gave him 3 bottles of the old boxer spray and told him it was way too hot, but if you tried it, the idea was to spray it in your mouth prior to working out and just before the game.
His coach seen (smelled) the spray while he was lifting weights which the football team does all summer long very early each morning and the coach said--GREAT, much better than all that energy crap the kids are taking from the gas stations and bottled crap from the health food stores for muscle building. I asked him if he gave the coach a "squirt" in the mouth so he could taste and he said NO WAY, it is so hot that no one else could tolerate such a thing---BUT, he says he likes the taste.
Such a spray would be based on American and Chinese Red Ginsengs, the walnut tree etc. blended with the hot spices and herbal spray 1……ginsengs seem to give an energy burst 15 minutes after taking that can last an hour or so and best taken every day for life according to ancient chinese history……
The bark of the walnut tree on the other hand---can help some people experience a mild energy they don't really feel---but they end up working so much, that they get jobs done that they had been wanting to do for years………….another tree ideal would be the might red oak tree.
the de-wormer is important because if you have lymes worms eating holes through your bones, muscles, ligaments and tendons---you should expect them to "break"--------you think anyone in professional sports GETS THAT SIMPLE FACT?????????? I really do not know, but since no college would dare teach such subjects--I can imagine the wealthy sports clubs are wasting their $$$ on the professional health providers for their teams.
Long story short---as a freshman playing on the variety team and playing a few years earlier---the main problem was trying to not hurt the other players-----because the coach new on defense you put the fastest running, hardest hitting player in the back field with the goal of stopping anyone with the ball that made it past the line and when those runners got shacked----often the team health providers had to come out and pick them up---because often because they run down the side line trying to get away and the attacker comes in from the center field and when they hit the runner--the runner is violently pushed off the field….
Now at age 16 and enjoying the hottest possible herbs along with ample BONE BUILDER (BF&C) CONCENTRATE, he is benching more than anyone senior on the team. To date, he is one of the few players to never suffer an "injury" and more the one who does the injuring…..aka "football".
DAIRY makes a boy or girl develop quickly due to the hormones and fat…………so i grew to 6 feet tall by age 12----------the kids not having the dairy and fat, the 16 year old seems to be steady at 5'10 for over a year now---which is "normal", but most all professional sports players today want to be 6'3" + or they don't get looked at by any of the teams unless they are extremely special players.
A SMART HIGH SCHOOL PLAYER understands it is a 1 in 1 million chance to make a large college team and worse chances to ever make it as a pro and 98% of the time you had better have a wealthy parent who also went to the college if you ever want a fair chance…because it is always who you know and not what you know in life.
So the smart player only plays for "FUN" only and understands that if you want a house and good car, you make $$$ every day you have a chance to………which makes colleges a losing situation always and the idea colleges makes MILLIONS $$$$$$$$$ off their sports teams and gives their players nothing for their pains and injuries is beyond ridiculous.
YES their are monsters who go direct from school to professional teams---they are RARE, but you can guarantee 1 thing about every them----lymes is eating them and those brain damaged people often by age 50-60 are vegetables and today they know high school students playing hard sports are receiving brain damage…………….which lunes and other worms do capitalize upon because it is the job of the worms to put sickly people back in the dirt.
WHAT makes a kid stand out is being less toxic than the kids around them---really that simply.
Today the kids are toxic and worm eaten……and the toxicity is endless.
