I'm super new here, just started supplementing with Lugols iodine solution orally 10 days ago. I started with 91.25mg dose and for the past 5 days I've been on 127.75mg. I am taking a multivitamin containing selenium and vitamin C. I consume adequate amounts of salt.
I have read such a lot about iodine supplementation but I haven't really read anything about people taking a higher dose such as I am and not getting any detox symptoms whatsoever. Is this normal? Should I keep upping the dose until I feel something? Literally I have no negative symptoms.
Necessary to say I live a generally clean and healthy lifestyle and I don't have any health issues at all (apart from ongoing potential parasite in gut situation after living for long in India in the past). I am supplementing iodine for maintenance of health and because I have been vegetarian/vegan for a long time and NOT eating seaweed so figured I would be quite deficient.
Any advice so welcomed about this, because I cannot find anything out about it elsewhere! Thank you!

It is odd when all the sudden, several users who have never posted before show up posting a product and then they never post again about anything else. Sort of like they were given an incentive to make the post, or possibly, they are all the same person.
Any others that you might have seen, are not me and are not mine. They are from customers ( mostly from one customer ) who actually bought the products that they use.
As for buying Ampcoil, yes, I have looked at it but I am very suspicious of any site that is not open about their pricing, specifications, warranty, etc.
On the other hand, I am a strong believer in most anything Tesla related. One of my heroes.

But by the end you end up a stinking rotting barely walking corpse that looks clinically anorexic and shod be tube fed. It's not a good look and there are much better ways to gain appetite . I would try a series of three ten day fasts with at least 20 days refeeding in between. Or try doing good hard work, increase your physical activity, add some cardiovascular exercise, and your metabolic rate would thus increase, and your body would require more fuel. Calculate your daily macros and aim for those calories, increasing as needed. There are many online tools for doing this.
Even if you only manage a few mouthfuls each meal - that's completely fine! Have 6 sml snack/meals, and make each mouthful extremely nutritious. If you have three mouthfuls at breakfast, aim for 3 at morning tea and at least 4-5 at lunch. Make your food calorie dense: egs are tahini and nuts and nut spread, avocado, raw honey and molasses, raw organic grassfed butter, raw coconut oil, dates and other dry fruit. These are highly concentrated foods that the body only needs small amounts but have dense nutrition.
Be relaxed, happy, peaceful when eating. Let go and release everything to God/ the power/universe and eat from a contented heart knowing that you are giving your body it's rights...
Eat what you need.
Take it from somebody who did this: it can be very hard to recover after a hecticly over-done fast when being underweight. Family will have a fit and can accuse of eating disorders, and one needs to start over from scratch if the body is too too depleted and needs to gain muscle mass all over again.

I am also trying to find info on safe detox before Amalgam removal. I cannot afford removal at this time and I'm trying to detox mold mycotoxins. I forgot that some of the detox methods, such as cilantro, pull mercury from the Amalgams and make things worse. Cilantro caused major problems for me. Is Bentonite or charcoal safe with Amalgams or will they pull mercury from the fillings into the tissues? Does anyone know for sure?

The White foggy does not bother me much, but it would ve cool to clean it.

Hey, I too have been drinking lemon water quite a bit of late and found it only refreshing. You must be consuming something along with it. I'll get back to you on this one, for how and when should it be consumed.
I've been having some hormone issues for awhile, and they screwed with my gut. I started eating way better and fasting for short periods, doing probiotics, etc, and got myself in big trouble with detox symptoms (possibly candida die-off).
I've just come off a 5 day water fast with 14 days of juicing, learned a lot, and it helped, but not enough, so I want to do one more round of detox.
I've come up with the following plan to correct this issue, and wanted to make sure it was sound:
3 days water fasting, 4 days low-glycemic (mostly vegetable) juice fast, 3 more days water fast, 4 more days juice fast (had to break it up for work).
During the juicing parts, I plan to supplement with high doses of glutamine, normal doses molybdenum, garlic extract, a probiotic and sublingual b12.
I plan on following the fast with a diet of steamed veggies, bone broth, mono meals of high water content fruit, gradually working my way toward a GAPS-leaning paleo diet (to ultimately correct hormones).
