Not too long ago, I started taking Now's Super Enzymes so that my body can break down certain proteins like Gluten and Dairy. Will it help me recover my food allergies? I'm allergic to Gluten, Dairy, Fish, Eggs and more, I have to carry an epi-pen with me at all times. So I was wondering if I'm lacking in enzymes? I know our bodies produce enzymes by themselves but could food allergies just be a case of not enough enzymes?
"I demonstrated for the first time, that although biochemical parameters of functioning of the thyroid gland (hormones: TSH, fT3, fT4) were located in appropriate to the age of patients norms, it is a level of iodine at autistic children was indeed reduced, and the level of iodine in urine correlated with some areas from the CARS scale for of specific age groups of children. Examinations showed, that at maturing boys (age group of 11-17 years) level in urine negatively he correlated iodine with the so-called general final sensation of the clinician, described as CARS 15. This result can suggest, that metabolic balance of iodine in the body at such patients she is disturbed what is being manifested as disorders autistic.
From analysis of the ROC curve (Receiver Operating Characteristic) results, that amongst of parameters measured in the examination, i.e. the level jodurii along with thyroid hormones, it is exactly a level of iodine in urine is a most tender and peculiar parameter (AUC = 0.94)."
I am an autistic adult who has stumbled on to several things that have mostly normalized my social behaviors.
1500mg of vitamin B6 as pyridoxine
3,000mg of potassium iodide
16 grams of vitamin C (4 grams every 4 hours)
3 grams of trimethylglycine
10,000 IU of vitamin D
1500mg of calcium (as calcium citrate)
The weird thing about me is this: If I take anything that lowers calcium levels, I feel absolutely horrible. Everybody always talks about how we all need tons of magnesium and that we can't take vitamin D without taking vitamin A or K2. The opposite is true for me.
When I take K2, vitamin A, and especially any significant amount of magnesium, I get sick. My back hurts so bad that I can't stand up for long periods, I get light-headed and dizzy, I feel weak, and I have no energy.
When I take the things I mentioned above and do not take K2, A, or magnesium, I feel like a young kid again (I am 32 years old).
Does anyone have any insight as to why I am like this? Is anyone else like this?
Also, I have had candida issues since I was a kid. When I was 11, I took Nystatin and had an anaphylactic reaction that was likely due to die-off. If I take the wrong thing, or eat the wrong thing, I can literally taste the yeast on my breath the next morning when I wake up. I eat a ton of coconut oil that seems to keep it in check.
The family of a special needs young man hired me to be his surrogate. I really like and care for him and I like the family too. I'm just worried about him developing romantic feelings for me. I do not want to lose him as a client and I don't want to hurt him.
His previous surrogate had no worries about this, but with me being near his age, and things he has said, I'm concerned. If anyone else has had this type of issue, I would love to hear how it worked out.
Hi everyone. I'm thinking of try andy cutler's protocol for my mysterious brain disorder. I believe my brain disorder may be caused by heavy metals or mineral toxicity(eye drop medication seeped into my brain and reacted intensely). I'm just wondering if I should start dmsa/dmps first before ala? If yes, how long should I take dmsa/dmps before I start ala? I read that ala can cross the blood brain barrier, what other chelators can cross the blood brain barrier? Should I do a hair analysis test? Should I take a multivitamin and maybe lechiten? How about methylation protocol? 12.5mg ala is a good start?
Obviously you are aware of other claims of causes of autism,
like vaccinations, many parents have been compensated just so long as they don't mention the word autism ! Then there are even many more who claimed who did not get compensated, surely a parent should know if a vaccination harmed their child because obviously they were with their child to witness side effects.
Then there is parents who claim their child had lots of antibiotics at a young age.
Then there is a link to cesearian born children and babies who were not breast fed.
Then there is those poor mothers who were told their kids were not getting enough attention.
Then there is the good old T V and computer that got blamed, get your kids out more to prevent autism
Then there is a lack of certain vitamins that they say causes autism.
