I have been self testing recently because I had issues after a concussion that I was told was the reason for my nerve pain in my hands and feet, but that didn't feel right to me.
I noticed my Sugar levels are on the high side during fasting (around 110-115) and I want to nip this in the bud before I go too much higher. I've changed my diet completely. I like to take natural remedies, and heard good things about bitter melon (gourd), so I decided I'd try.
I took less than 1/4 tsp once a day for 2 days. My numbers were looking better which was shocking to me that it happened so fast, and the electric shocks I was getting in my hands and feet were gone. Amazing!!!
But, on the second day, I started feeling a bit woozy, and felt like my heart was racing a mile a minute. I got pressure in my chest. I have had pancreatitis and my GB removed about 14 years ago, and I'm guessing that because I don't have a GB, I'm getting pain from the melon stimulating things? I'm going to see my doctor, but I was curious if anyone else has had this issue or used bitter melon with no GB?
UPDATE: I wound up going to the emergency room because I was having bad chest pains and such a bad headache that I was spinning and vomiting. It was horrible. My husband wanted to call an ambulance, but I just had him drive me. I got such severe motion sickness on the way there, I thought I was going to pass out. All-in-all EKG was normal, bloodwork normal, MRI head scan normal... So I have a few guesses what it could be. I,also, suffer from post concussive syndrome from head trauma I sustained a few months ago. I think because I was "detoxing" and increased insulin and other functions in my body, it caused a migraine. It was made worse, because I'm #1 PMSing, and now that I'm in my 40's PMS comes in a vicious headache form. #2 I get lots of minor dizzy spells constantly from the head trauma, and this made it worse, and #3 Detox was flooding my system making the detox headache worse. But they gave me pain medicine and I could function as an almost human today. I hope this helps someone.
If you have been healthy before and just recently developed food intolerance then the diet is not the solution. You need to remove pathogens and restore your gut in order to become healthy again. Gluten or other intolerances are always caused by pathogens unless you are born with these conditions. GMOs and many food pesticides also cause inflammation, immune stress and malabsorption. Stress is a minor factor as i have recently read in a study which means you need to work on this.
Please treat helycobacter which can cause problems, https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19879118
I have seen mastic gum on iherb for example and the reviews were very good. Please have a look.
Tiredness and hair loss are all signs of malabsorption. Not digesting fat and dairy can point to roundworms as well. You can try colonics and Colon Cleanses and certainly changing yoir diet to completely organic and additive free will be a good start. You can do enemas at home, simply with salty water and probiotics. You can try reeses pinworm medicine to see if you pass any parasites. Castor oil is also very good. Temporarily you can increase fat absorbtion with papain powder twice a day a teaspoon which helps with protein loss. Support your detox organs, such as liver and kidney. There are many options but i would start with the Colon Cleanses and the mastic gum and changing your diet. After you eliminate all invaders that cause inflammation (probably in your small intestines) you can detox and heal your gut flora and will be able to digest properly. Parasites such as worms, protozoans, funguses viruses and bacterias work hand in hand and you need to eliminate them all together. You need to try and get an idea what you might have in order to choose the right direction.
I would strongly suggest not to try any bitter herbs or Hulda Clark herbs because they tend to drive any parasites that you might have to other parts of your body.
I have had the same symptoms in 2007 I went from gyn to doctor, then my body temperature dropped to 34.8 and have a feeling something is moving in my right leg. since then I getting worse. Since 2 years a migration in the body, to the time in the head, with rashes and depigmentation. under bellyache every 2-3 months, back pain, headache, etc.
>- forbid some unscrupulous sellers to sell dangerous/useless devices
That is not even necessary and is completely misguided.
First of all, if the devices that ParaZapper sold did not work, then likely, I would have been in prison 10 years ago.
The FDA raided our offices and took our equipment including our customer list. They called our customers looking for any of them just to file the slightest complaint. The failed despite what some of our customers called and told us that they were pressured, cajoled, and even threatened.
The DA ended up telling them to return our equipment, files, etc. and to send us a bureaucratic letter explaining their issues.
Not once was there any claim produced that our products did not work to our customer's satisfaction. Any effort against zappers is not because they do not work. While they may not be perfect, they are very helpful to many.
For this reason, zappers are a threat to the medical industry and this is the very reason for their vehement opposition.
I need to stick to what Iv already been diagnosed with. I was diagnosed with gallbladder sludge. Why didn't my doctor prescribe Ursodiol or Actigall instead of referring me to a surgeon?? And why didn't she know about the 1998 study by Dr. Richard Garrison, m.d which proves liver flush's DO actually move gallstones?
I wish I could find a relationship with hemolytic anemia , low platelet count and gallbadder sludge, but I cant. So I will concentrate of the gallbladder sludge/pain even though the gallbladder radionuclide scan showed normal function a month after the MRI.
All I know is that after years, I still have pain, usually only during sitting, right where my rib cage ends that's driving me nuts.
