cancer survivor new to magnets, am I doing this right?
I can't afford to buy one of those Ladycare magnets for perimenopause (going through a LOT of symptoms), so I found a rare earth magnet that's 3,000 GUs (the ladycare is 2,700) and I'm planning to tape it to my skin in the same spot the Ladycare directions say, with the negative charge against the skin. The Ladycare is supposed to clip onto your underwear, to aim deeply into your pelvis. So I guess I could tape it to the outside of my underwear for greater comfort.
I'm a Breast Cancer survivor so I'm nervous about doing something wrong. Does this sound ok? Thanks!
edit: I'm confused about the electrical charge (+/-) and whether this is the same as North vs South facing. Is the south facing also the negatively charged?
Hi, this could have been discussed many times on this forum but I am unable to find any latesr information. Last year I was diagnosed with a 10cm subserosal fibroid (outside uterus). This year, I had a miscarriage due to wrong medication. To keep long story short, it's been 9 days that I have started castor oil application on my abdomen followed by a gentle massage and a hot water bottle on top of it for 30-45 mins. Since 3 days, I'm taking unsulphured BSM and Organic ACV in warm water as the first thing in the morning. But this pain isstill there. My periods are due late this week or early next week, and they are like a nightmare; very painful. I have changed my diet a lot and have included a lot of fibre. When should I start feeling and observing some advantages from castor oil, BSM and ACV.

Serrapeptase is not a blood thinner!
For conditions like yours it might be wise to do it gradually with low dosage. Also take lots of vitamin C and eat plenty of red/blue/black berries or take supplements of Grape Seed Extract, bilberry extract for their proanthocyanidins which helps strengthen the circulatory system walls. If Serrapeptase is removing scar tissue you need to make sure the areas are strengthened and healed to prevent any undesirable consequences. These things will provide what your body needs to heal and as a side effect it should benefit your skin and bones. ie less wrinkles.
I was recently diagnosed with a uterine myoma in March of 2016 and it grew one cm larger within less than a month. I'm stil very new to this. Please someone help me or give me suggestions to natural cures. I have a follow up ultrasound 6 weeks from now. Thanks
PCOS, OVARIAN CYST, ENDOMETRIOSIS, FIBROIDS - which do I have?!!!
Hello, I am 45 years old, no children by choice, and for about 5 or 6 months I have had severe pain during the first 3 days of my period. I have always had cramps, but have coped with them - this is something else altogether. SEVERE pain in right side, radiates around to left buttock cheek and down right leg to knee. Feels like dead leg or nerve cut off. Core of pain just under hip bone and in right groin area. Cannot get comfortable in any position, massage does not help, hot water bottle does not help. I went mainly vegetarian 5 years ago, and stopped taking any conventional medication, so am distraught that the only thing that takes the pain away (temporarily and not immediately) is 2 paracetamol. This is really bad as I have sensitive gut and I am trying to heal it, so toxic pills bad :(
Firstly - what do I have? (I will not go to patronising conventional doctor ever again).
Secondly - is there a permanent natural cure?
Thirdly - I have read about apple cider vinegar, but take this long term every morning 1 tbsp. anyway and still got these symptoms. Tried molasses but did nothing and do I have to take it every day forever?!!! Tastes awful to me. I read about Iodine as solution or systemic enzymes? And then interested to know if anyone knows about copper toxicity being a cause. Being vegetarian and suffering from migraines and heard that these were also connected to copper toxicity.
THANK YOU if you can enlighten me in any way, I am grateful to hear from you.
It is important for women to educate themselves of ALL options available to assuage symptoms/shrink fibroids. Consider Acupuncture (TCM) instead of surgery. Here's proof that Acupuncture can reduce the size of large fibroids. It takes time, but it works!

Yes I think even small fibroids can cause pain, but it probably depends on their position in the uterus. If they project into the uterine cavity they can cause cramp like pain. Small fibroids are not likely to cause pain if they are pedunculated and outside the uterus. To read about fibroid pain in detail please see this article:
