I sufferend from plantar fasciitis and metatarsalgia (pain under ball of foot) about 6 months ago. I didn't do anything about it for the first few months but it just kept getting worse. I was limping and hated walking anywhere. I treated with cold for about 4 days, resting my foot on a cold pack about 3-4 times a day then started using the BFST Wrap (blood flow stimulation therapy). I did the treatment as well as taped the foot and within a month and a half, it was gone. No more limping! The BFST helps any soft tissue injury as it simply promotes more blood flow to the area. Increased blood flow brings more nutrients and more oxygen, accelerating the healing process. Here is where i got my info....very interesting. http://www.kingbrand.com/Plantar_Fasciitis_Treatment.php?REF=46PV1.192
Is there a relationship between bone spurs and liver stones ?
I have more bone spur growth on my cervical vertebrae than is typical for a woman of my age (34 y/o; chiro. told me my x-rays were more indicative of those of an old lady), and I'm wondering if this is related to all my liver congestion.
Will liver flushing, with time, be able to reverse the growth?

Flourides in different country
China BANNED: "not allowed"
Austria REJECTED: "toxic fluorides" NOT added
Belgium REJECTED: encourages self-determination – those who want fluoride should get it themselves.
Finland STOPPED: "...do not favor or recommend fluoridation of drinking water. There are better ways of providing the fluoride our teeth need." A recent study found ..."no indication of an increasing trend of caries...."
Germany STOPPED: A recent study found no evidence of an increasing trend of caries
Denmark REJECTED: "...toxic fluorides have never been added to the public water supplies in Denmark."
Norway REJECTED: "...drinking water should not be fluoridated"
Sweden BANNED: "not allowed". No safety data available!
The Netherlands Inevitably, whenever there is a court decision against fluoridation, the dental lobby pushes to have the judgement overturned on a technicality or they try to get the laws changed to legalize it. Their tactics didn't work in the vast majority of Europe.
Hungary STOPPED: for technical reasons in the '60s. However, despite technological advances, Hungary remains unfluoridated.
Japan REJECTED: "...may cause health problems...." The 0.8 -1.5 mg regulated level is for calcium-fluoride, not the hazardous waste by-product which is added with artificial fluoridation.

I believe the first call of port is to see a orthopaedic specialist to diagnose what exactly is going on. Bone spurs are often the result of an imbalance between calcium and magnesium. Hence it may be worthwhile to try out magnesium supplements.

Any of the discourses by Luigi Cornaro (available free online);
Any of the books by Horace Fletcher (available free online);
Any of the writings of Arnold Ehret.
Just like virtually everything else in life, it is all ultimately up to YOU.
You have all my best wishes for a successful journey and resolution,

While I appreciate your hating to see people suffering and attempt to help very much, unfortunately, your whole post made me feel dirty and guilty and shaking my head ... ... I definitely identify with Job. what I have listed here is just a tiny fraction of the suffering I have endured in life. Even crisis counselors tell me on hearing some of the things I have gone through say how strong I am and how much I have gone through, people I know tell me I am so unlucky and cant catch a break. Some are burned out from my stressful life and some even say they are afraid to be around me as maybe some ...
