I agree with the fact that positive people enjoy their life more and live healthier.
But the question is, what it takes to become a positive person?
For me, it's doing self-assessment first, discovering your strengths and focusing on them, realizing your weaknesses and becoming grateful for what you have. This helps me in becoming a positive person in real. :)
