Possibly you have inflammation and different kinds of parasites. I have had terrible cramps for quite a while and other discomfort after the enemas in the beginning of my parasite journey. My experience is that it gets better and easier by time, given that you keep up the regular enemas. Also i have noticed when i have caught and killed something bigger with the enema i had more cramps. This did not happen evety time.
Unfortunately I didn't follow the exact instructions for this flush as I've done for the others. So much was going on that week of the flush. I didn't do enough colon flushing before the flush and didn't have the greatest diet, but went ahead and did the flush (3rd flush) anyway.
My skin did get better, but not as much of a difference like the last two. I'm certain that's because I didn't follow everything 100% like the others. I'm still happy I did it though.
One this I forgot to mention above, is that when it comes time for my next flush, I notice that's when I break out slightly. It's almost as if my body is saying time for the next flush. After I do the flushes, about a few days later, my skin starts clearing again.
I have had hundreds of similar looking seed things after started a cleanse. I associated them with roundworms as I have had plenty of those. There were so many of them coming out on the meds. Not sure if they are oocysts or cysts. I am not sure if this is what you have but since you have had the picture earlier of that roundworm that should be a good clue in which direction you need to go. I also see white mucus like things so if i were you i would look into leaky gut, bacterial overgrowth/SIBO treatment, which requires you to totally change your diet and pulse high amount of anti bacterial naturals and some good quality probiotics. I have just read about this yesterday, here: http://www.debugyourhealth.com/healing-leaky-gut/
This is about Liver Flush to help remove toxins from your liver
Suffering from seb derm myself, the ONLY thing that has helped me so far (and this is in addition to eating a healthy diet) is to take a product called Restore (for leaky gut) A leaky gut is why we have the nasty stuff in the first place. The price at first may seem a bit high but when you consider how much you were probably spending on stuff that didn't work, this is simply pennies on the dollar. You can find it on Amazon or you can order it directly from the company itself. I do not work for the company, but as a consumer who is using it and have found it actually works, I simply want to spread the word. There is good information out there about the product so be an informed consumer and check it out first of course. Best wishes to you on your journey for clearer skin.
Hey, I started taking Pau D Arco a couple of days ago to rid my candida. Has anyone took this supplement to fight off their candida? If so how long did it take you to see improvement? How long would I have to keep taking it in prior to kill candida completely? I know that Pau D Arco is a powerful antifungal and antibacterial but will it kill off good bacteria as well or just bad bacteria? I'm taking probiotics anyway but just curious. And also should I take Pau D Arco with food or on an empty stomach?
My advice is to keep at it. Find a diet and lifestyle that resonates with you and keeps symptoms under control and instead of using it as a temporary thing, learn to enjoy it and embrace it as a way of living. Then you're not taking any chances and as you lower inflammation in the body your health will continue to thrive. An exception might be the oil of oregano. Maybe taper off of that and see how you do. How are things now? I couldn't handle keto, I think my liver is too toxic. What meds were you on?
Hi thanks for the tips! I should've clarified, yes I am using a juicer. The juices (now on 6th day) have made my acne purge. Today I woke up with five pimples, and my acne marks seemed almost fresher, and brighter. I've read that this might be my body pushing out the toxins? Hopefully so, I start my water fast tomorrow, and if food is my main acne trigger, I'll use this time to research new diets(raw probably)
I had a Molar tooth out 5 months ago that had root canal treatment 12 years previous and I am happy with the gap so far. I do not want am implant and definitely do not like the idea of a bridge that would file down 2 good teeth.
I still have 1 other tooth that had root canal treatment 12 years ago so am interested what you chose to do.
