So you are new to water fasting and did not do your research. Water fasting means nothing but water, you did the opposite. You drank tea and coffee which kills water in your body. Also caffeine by itself kills the good bacteria in your stomach and the gut. Please don't do this again.
All caffeine drinks are diuretic. Sodas are the worst.
Ok, now you can try the following.
1. Drink water with Himalayan salt or Sea Salt , not the salt from supermarket. Add raw honey to it. Make a jug of this water and drink all day. You can also get liquid minerals from Amazon and add to the water.
2. Don't go out in the sun too much.
3. Drink freshly squeezed juices from organic fruits and vegetables. Lemonade with honey would be ideal.
4. When you are able to eat, eat only raw fruits and vegetables with high water content. Some fruits and vegetables with high water content are watermelon, cantaloupe, grapefruit, oranges, strawberries, cucumber, grapes, papaya, celery, lettuce, radishes, spinach, zucchini and tomatoes.
5. Eat plain yogurt or kefir. You can also make Lassi out of yogurt or kefir with Sea Salt and crushed cumin seeds. This is so delicious and rehydrating.
6. If in two days you do not feel better at all then seek medical advice.

Hi.I accidentally found that if i don't eat proteins ,i feel better.If i eat protein my heart aching and it pounds more strongly,and i sleep worse. And these deep lines on my fingertips appear.I eat only chicken/turkey breasts and cottage cheese(I'm tolerant). What's up?Experts claim that it's essential to eat protein if your adrenal are exhausted.. And also i like protein and if i dont eat it, i must eat more calories because i feel hungry all the time then...so I'm getting more skiny but gain fat.. Does anyone have any thoughts? Thank you.

I did a breath test which came back positive, though now that i think about it it was a hydrogen breath test for SIBO, though, in the GI stool effects test i had a positive result for occult blood which might mean LGS. I had a test done many years ago which came back positive for LGS but that was a completely different type of Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome I had back then.
Had it tested through amazon and it came back cladosporium, it's getting all over the place, I've killed off every area as it grows and it will just grow somewhere else

Even worse I'm not consuming 2300 calories a🙂day smh I realize this is more complex than I thought a person can eat five meals a day but if its not high calorie then u can still be undereating but I eat 2 to 3 meals and they are not enough calories at all i think since I cut back on fast food n Sugar I'm starving myself I'm gonna go to vitamin shoppe and buy a bulk weight powder and try burgers hear n there n peanut butter sandwiches its against my type of healthy diet but starvation mode could be a problem I noticed since the last 2days of eating peanut butter sandwiches n burgers n 2tbsp of olive oil my stools have become dark brown as they once use to be and not light brown (insufficient bile) I may hold off on preg hormone for the moment or maybe do both
