Hi there, I haven't that much experience with these, but here's what's worked for me so far:
1. diet- mainly fruit and veggies (no meat, dairy, eggs, processed foods). At times I've had some baked potatoes too. Diet's important,I think, keeps things moving very well, which is what you want. A juice fast isn't required, although you can do one if you'd like, BUT, it's important to break the fast slowly, starting with just fruit or fruit juice, and then easing back into eating again. You can flush after that. The thing not to do is break a fast with a half cup oil, which is what would be done if you went right from a fast into a liver flush. You could likely be quite ill.
2. parasite cleanse and colon cleanse- recommended that these are started first (and can add in the Liver Flush
after a couple weeks or so). I know many have flushed their liver without this as well, but if you can wait and begin these first it's a good idea.
3. the day of the Liver Flush
have a colonic, and then another one 24-48 hours after.
I was hesitant to do the flush for a long time because of liver congestion and parasites. I thought I'd be blocked up for sure. But so far so good. I've been doing flushes with 1/2 the olive oil until I get more parasite die off. I usually get out about 100 stones, without any trouble.
Hope this helps and lots of luck!
