Maybe the single most important key to success in fasting
I have just started a water fast for health, for a few years I have been reading on Cure Zone to motivate myself into helping myself get my weight down and address numerous health issues.
I did a 10 day water fast last year which had good results but regrettably I did not carry it on. I also broke the fast poorly and continued to make poor nutritional choice.
This time I want to log my performance and use it to support myself in the mental struggle of getting through my fast to a natural conclusion and then breaking it and eating well. I have the idea that running a fast log, which i have seen and heard of on a few sites could be very interesting.
To that end I will be be tracking my progress on a personal site which is of a completely non commercial nature. As a quick update to my original post. Now that i am 3 days in already and passed various crises i am realizing my virtual conscience and mentor is working just by being there, so whatever you do and however you do it make it public and make it so you can report it, I am already getting support on my page for my efforts and i am only on day 3 of my water fast. Its complimentary to everything you do, I had been looking at others successes as my only inspiration but logging my own achievements has added an new dimension to this, now i cannot let others down. We dont all have iron will power and any thing that can help that is good.
