I've used prill water for years now, and know when I don't for a week or so. I'm dragging without the water. I've tried B-vits & other energy things BUT
NOTHING works like phill water.
Lately I notice that my water and the bag the beads are in are turning brown shortly after I rinse them.
Anyone have ideals about this, could it be the water. I get spring water from local source, but this is not new.
Anyone else having this problem?
This is great. If you want to read more on fasting go through my posts and you will find a link to Dr. Shelton's book on fasting.
You will learn so much from it. Fear is one thing you need to work on before fasting. Faith in your body to heal itself is all you need to believe in. And to have patience is another thing. We don't get the we are in one day or a week, it takes years of eating wrong foods, processed foods, junk sugary stuff, heavy animal proteins to get us in a toxic stage. But it takes us twice as long to get of that toxic stage.
You may also consider kidney flush, Colon Cleanse and Liver Flush in that order after you finish your fast. If you do cleanses before the fast it will be better, though.
You can decide what you want to do to clean your body and mind.
You have come to the right place and it will serve you right for taking things in your hands about your health and they are simple things.
I have never eaten meat, fish, chicken in my life. I can tell you that I don't get sick easily.
I looked around, but I haven't found the answer that i was looking for. Has anyone ever water fasted for a few days with hyperthyroidism. I have been showing signs for at least a year, but was just diagnosed a little less than 2 months ago. Symptoms have improved since being on medication. The only thing that I haven't seen is anyone's experience fasting with hyper. I see alot of water fasting experience with hypo. I am interested in doing a 5-7 day water fast. Yes, I have done them in the past, so I tiny tiny bit of experience water fasting. Your feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks!
I'm going to start a water fast from 12-Feb onwards that I hope to continue for 30-40 days. I'm 28 years old, 5'5" and was about 165lbs. I have fasted thrice before for 10 days, 4 days and 17 days. The first and third time I was quite comfortable with the fast. The only reason for breaking them was the foul breath, which I couldn't bear the whole day and the whole night.
I fruit fasted for 7 days last week, am following it up with a 7-day juice fast and will then transition to the water only fast. I'm on the 3rd day of my juice fast today and plan to continue till the end of the week and have only water from the next week onwards. I want to reduce the detox symptoms during the fast, so it is a bit easier on me.
I'm looking for a mate to do the fast with. Also, I would like to know how you people could go through 4 weeks and more with that foul breath. During my previous fasts, I didn't have problems with hunger at all. I did imagine eating a lot of different foods after the fast, but I wasn't hungry at all. The foul breath is the worst thing I expect this time around too.
Has anyone had any luck with the Water Cure s protocol? I've been absorbing 1/8 tsp of salt and then drinking 16 oz of water. I can only do this twice a day or I get horrible diarrhea. Any suggestions? Should I take other minerals as well?
Thousands Of Buffalo Appear At Site Of Standing Rock Protest
In a statement, chairman of the Standing Rock Sioux tribe David Archambault II wrote:
ďWe call on the state of North Dakota to oversee the actions of local law enforcement to, first and foremost, ensure everyoneís safety. The Department of Justice must send overseers immediately to ensure the protection of First Amendment rights and the safety of thousands here at Standing Rock. DOJ can no longer ignore our requests.Ē
ďWe have repeatedly seen a disproportionate response from law enforcement to water protectorsí nonviolent exercise of their constitutional rights. Today we have witnessed people praying in peace, yet attacked with pepper spray, rubber bullets, sound and concussion cannons. We urge state and federal government agencies to give this tense situation their immediate and close attention.
We also call on the thousands of water protectors who stand in solidarity with us against DAPL to remain in peace and prayer. Any act of violence hurts our cause and is not welcome here. We invite all supporters to join us in prayer that, ultimately, the right decisionóthe moral decisionóis made to protect our people, our sacred places, our land and our resources. We wonít step down from this fight. As peoples of this earth, we all need water. This is about our water, our rights, and our dignity as human beings.Ē
