What makes a great health educator?
Having a deep understanding of all elements of human health is a major prerequisit.
You can not teach other people about health, if you yourself lack the basic understanding! Understanding of deep underlying causes of human problems is of highest importance. You can not talk about health improvement, without the full understanding of what causes a health problem.
So, What is causing illnesses?
Multiple factors. You will hardly find 2 people on the planet
Earth with identical set of factors.
Examples are: highly virulent strains of a virus or bacteria. Some viruse and some bacteria are constantly evolving, creating from time to time, super-bugs. Majority of humans have no immunity against those super-bugs. In that situation, it is very easy to get sick, and even to die.
Flu pandemcs are most often quoted example. Flu pandemc of 1918 killed millions of people and infected a huge part of human population.
But, the majority of sick people on the planet Earth today are not infected with super-bugs!
