I recently went to a certified Rolfer, and he knocked something loose in my stomach that has been plaguing me with left side pain for years. (Yes, I actually felt it get knocked loose and felt - and heard - my stomach move immediately afterward.) I passed a VERY LARGE stool a day later, and the pain in my side has not returned since.
As a side note, I had not been taking my vitamin B supplements for about a year, and was suffering from very bad periods (heavy bleeding, PMS, water retention, nervousness and anxiety). I know that my deficiency in the "B's" causes this, because for years I took an herbal B complex supplement, and didn't have any period issues at all, so long as I was taking it.
So, after the Rolfing session, I got my period a week later. It was HORRIBLE. So, I started taking some "Now" brand vitamin B supplements, including the liquid form of B 12. Three days later, I was experiencing a sharp pain in my lower left abdomen. It comes and goes, but I can tell that it's related to my digestive system. I'm pretty sure that I have a peptic ulcer.
Anyway, I had heard that massive amounts of vitamin B supplements can actually aggrivate ulcers (which is really beside the point). Anyway, I looked online, and I read that Coconut Oil can work wonders for peptic (stomach) ulcers.
I took one tablespoon, and within a half hour, I already have relief from the pain I was experiencing. Is this all mental, or is there some truth to coconut oil helping with stomach ulcers??
I know that I haven't been diagnosed with an ulcer, but I have a pretty good idea that's what it is. (I had some pretty acidic stools and very strong-smelling gas for about a year (off and on), with major 'hunger pains' prior to seeing the rolfer. Acidopholous seemed to help a bit, but these symptoms would still crop up once in awhile.)
Also, for those in the Massage/Bodywork forum, have any of you experienced this 'knocking stuff loose' phenomenon with rolfing or massage? I think maybe that whatever he knocked loose was sort of 'protecting' a pre-existing ulcer from my stomach acids, and that's why when I took the vitamin B supplements, it flared up. Does that make sense?
Sorry for telling such a long story, but I'm hoping that someone can give me some more info.
Pheistychick, Coconut oil is very good for ulcers because of its anti-bacterial qualities. It kills the bacteria that causes ulcers. Also, coconut oil is mainly composed of medium chain fatty acids, which are easy too digest.
Unfortunately, I believe that I have a pretty nasty case of parasites. I talked with Trapper on the CureZone Chat, and he seemed to think that the Rolfer knocked a Tapeworm loose, which if you've seen the teeth on those suckers, you know that they could probably leave quite an 'owie' on your innards. Anyway, it sure felt like it was a sore in my guts.
After a few days of taking VCO, the pain in my stomach has completely subsided. However, my bowel movements (although regular) are very light tan in color. I know this is a symptom of a clogged liver, as one poster eluded to in this thread.
Here's the deal... I know that I have parasites. I'm really not crazy about taking the wormwood and Black-Walnut , but I have heard that VCO kills most parasites. Is this true? If so, how long and how much VCO should I take before doing a liver cleanse? I know that I have to 'deworm' before I do the liver cleanse, or drink the liver tonic. (Which, by the way, I have no idea where to even begin getting the herbs to make such a thing as liver tonic.)
So bottom line: Has anyone had any luck with VCO getting rid of parasites?
About a month ago I passed a 2 foot long tape worm. There was no pain. I had no idea I was even carrying any more tape worms. I have passed others. I am not saying you didn't dislodge one, but I doubt it. They are very soft to the touch and fall apart easily. I dished mine out of the toilet and it fell apart in 3 peaces before I could get it in the sink. (I wanted to take a picture of it)
I would like to recommend Barefoot's dewormer. I have used many and it is the best I have ever taken. I took it for 3 weeks and then did a liver cleanse. I then took the dewormer for 9 more days and five days later did another liver cleanse. You would not believe what came out of my body. (I probably would not have seen it if I had not done a clear water enema after the liver cleanse.)
I would believe you dislodged a colony of candida .(candida rhizoids) I passed a candida rhizoid that measured about 5 inches long, 3 inches wide tapering down to about 2 inches and it was about 1/2 to 1 inch thick. It looked like a big white dumpling.
P.S. I take coconut oil and coconut cream everyday and have for years. I have taken as much as 3 TBLS a day. I use to take it in hot water 1 Tbls at a time before each meal. While I have used it as part of my anti-parasite program, I have not used it as a program unto itself. Bruce Fide, N,D. has a parasite purge that consists of eating 2 1/2 cups of died coconut at one time and waiting 2 hours and drinking 1 TBLS of Epsom Salt mixed with 3/4 cup water followed by a full glass of water. Wait about another 2 hours and before going to bed drink another Epsom Salt mixture followed by a full glass of water.
He also has a recipe for a coconut oil detox for overall body balance and purge. It is a fast for whatever is bothering you including systemic parasites. It consists of drinking water and taking 10 to 14 tbls of coconut oil a day. You can drink sugarless lemonade also.
If you try either one of these methods please inform me as to how it went.
I have ulcers (just had an endoscopy) and my stomach photos are all red so we think that is why I am always severely anemic - I must be having a slow blood loss through the ulcers - the biopsy however, showed no bacteria and was negative for several other things I cannot remember now.
And, I am sure I have parasites - for a number of years now I find linear scratch type lines on my body with scabs all along the cut where the blood has coagulated.
Naturally, no idiot doctor from the conventional field of medicine in this country has a clue, nor do they care - they couldn't diagnose a bleeding nose if you came in with one ...................
Any recommendations for what I think are parasites and for my ulcers to heal - I am taking Mastic Gum (from Greece) - DGL Licorice - will start the green coconut WATER - ..............
yes, it is possible the rolfer opened up an old wound in the area you describe. antiparasitic regimens work well in healing stomach ulcers. a lot of folks swear by coconut oil, others use apple cider vinegar. aloe vera manuca honey and probiotics are also mentioned.
i know several folks who cleared their stomach ulcer using a zapper but since youve shown some improvement with the coconut oil id recommend you should continue using it for a month or so.
it works by killing the helicobacter pylori bugs in your digestive tract.
