Is Bubbies Sauerkraut/pickles any good as a fermented food for getting good bacteria??
I have been wanting to try raw sauerkraut for Candida since probiotics do nothing(have tried like everything and even in high amts). All probiotics constipate me as well, and I am already very constipated to begin with.
Read that raw sauerkraut is suppose to help w/ constipation. True?
I just found this article on Bubbies from Bubbies themselves in regards to bacteria count of their product, and very interesting to note that their pickles and their green tomatoes had a higher bacteria count than the sauerkraut?
Has anyone else ever tried these (fermented pickles) and had results?
Just asking because I am not a big sauerkraut fan and would prefer pickles. But maybe all cultured veggies produce different good bacteria, so maybe it is best to try both?
