Just wondered if anybody has tried the oil pulling technique but instead use a mixed solution of hydrogen peroxide (capful) with half cup water (Dont swallow - Just swish for a couple of minutes and brush with toothbrush and spit all of itout ). Then after a minute try a pinch of activated charcoal powder and swish all over mouth for a couple of minutes and then spit out (dont swallow). Then wash mouth out with warm water.
I used H202 for years on my teeth and they didn't do anything for my dental health. On the contrary, I saw more problems doing this. And from what I've now read, if you metal in your mouth, H202 is a very bad idea. It wasn't until I pulled with oil did I experience extreme benefits.
Regarding the activated Charcoal, I haven't tried that. What do you suppose would be the benefit of this?
Thanks for the info. The problem is keeping our gums clean from poisons. I believe that it is very important to get the Material Safety Data Sheets of the dental materials that are in the mouth so we know how to battle the toxic substances seeping into our gums.
