I apologize if this has already been answered, but I am curious. Twice a day, I have been taking a tablespoon of ACV mixed in with the juice of one lemon and hot water. I've read that you can dilute ACV in either hot or cold water. Which is correct?
As far as I know, both. I take ACV 3x a day with honey and I pour a little hot water over the honey and ACV to melt the honey and then fill the glass with cold water. It's yummy and I really enjoy it, but I am slowly trying to reduce the amount of honey I use each time cause I am going through ALOT of honey and worry that it might be preventing me from losing weight.
I read (a while back) that hot water destroys the nutrients in honey. That the better way to drink it, with the ACV or whatever, is to put it in lukewarm water. This way the honey is not compromised and it still melts, obviously, not as quickly though as it would with hot water.
I am interested in the ACV and lemon water. Is that a good mix? I was mixing Lugol's and ACV but if I read it correctly, ACV is time releasing the Lugol's. Is that correct?
I'm just reading Margaret Hills booked called "cider vinegar" which strangely is all about cider vinegar and she say warm water is fine, but boiling water is not good as it destroys some of the enzymes. So cold or warm water is fine, just not boiling water. cooled down boiled water is also fine.
