That is a hard one to answer since there are many things that cause puffy eyes. What I have found out about candida is that it will attack your body's weaknesses. If you were prone or weak to having puffy eyes due to some weakness or deficiency, then I would imagine candida would make things worse.
Please see link for puffy eyes
From personal experience I've noticed the following:
1) eating late at night will definitely result in a puffy face in the morning
2) unknown food allergies (if you have candida your allergies will all be carbohydrates based)
Ok, I'll just make it really short. When I went on raw vegetables diet for 5 days my skin became beautiful and all of a sudden I noticed I no longer had puffy eyes in the morning, they actually got a bright sparkle that even my husband noticed. If you want to do this experiment you won't regret it. However if this doesn't help then I would check out the kidney situation. But it really should, try it!
Mostly vegetables, salads with lettuce, cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers etc. As a dressing - balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Can add some raisins and nuts for flavor. If you don't have problems with Sugar - all fruit is great, especially pineapple. Recently I also incorporated Apple Cider vinegar, which apparently just by itself can do miracles. I've never heard puffy eyes explained by the lack of enzymes, but that would make sense as the lack of enzymes triggers a whole slew of imbalances in the body, from parasites and candida to more severe problems. Read up on any foods that are detoxifying and stick with them for a couple weeks at least. Hopefully the difference in your appearance will make you want to change the whole lifestyle for the better. Good luck and let us know how well you do, ok?
