You know... this is something I have been wondering also.
I'd like to these flushes more often than one every 1 1/2 weeks. I have been using a dose of Epsom Salts to flush out the toxins, but don't think (which means I don't know for sure)... anyway, I don't think doing an Epsom's dose more often is a good idea.
And, I don't know much about the safety of the salt water flush either. I'd be concerned about the load placed on the kidneys, that the Epsom's also generates.
Are enemas, salt flushes and Epsom's our only alternatives?
I just remembered something... would anything that induces diahrea (sp?) accomplish the removal of toxins, or does that just deplete our fluid?
I think a teaspoon of salt to a quart of water is an isotonic solution and wouldn't be absorbed by the body? As to the repeated Epsom Salt doses I also fear it would deplete the body of fluids and possibly electrolytes. Anybody know for sure?
Have been reading lots of these posts as a new member. really need something for a liver flush. Know I have to do a Colon Cleanse along with it. This recipie looks intrigueing and interesting. I am diabetic and using lots of added oil makes my blood Sugar soar. Am wondering if this might level itself out if I got so many toxins and stones out of liver. Have no gall bladder but so much pain in that area for 18 years post gall bladder surgery. Drugs that put you out for years and almost claim your life just to shut you up so the doctor doesn't hear you complain anymore is not the answer!! I have gone that route and wised up. I would rather check out a recipie for spam by trying it to see if it works than I would go back and put up with the doctor's dumb looks that I don't have liver stones and it isn't kosher to talk about it because the medical profession won't recognize it as fact. I am alive now because of alternative medicine. I seek the truth and everything that might help. Maybe some will be trial and error and I think this is the place to be serious because there are hurting people out there. But as we all know, there are those that think it is funny to spam and pfish and it is a crime because most of us wouldn't be on here if we weren't looking for answers other than what the conventional doctor has to offer.
Im very excited to try this, but can i use Organic Extra virgin Olive oil. Im currently living in Turkey, Ankara. And it is incredibly hard to get hold of anything organic let alone avocade or sesame oil. I only got old of organic olive oil, can i use this?
Thank you so much.
I am so happy to have found this thread. I am certainly going to try this recipe and hope to add it to my regimen. I will first try it with my Carlson's fish oil since I take that every day anyway.I am a true advocate of the lime to begin with. I take the juice of three to four limes every day in two quarts of water and find it a remarkable fruit. It helps me get to drink my water since I hate plain water.Just google lime benefits. It's a natural antibiotic, dissolves stones everywhere including the kidneys, kills cancer cells according to studies especially skin cancer, and my skin is so supple and soft. I started taking it after not being able to tolerate lemons which I started for chronic hepatitis. Thank you Tsetsi for posting this information.
i want to have a liver cleanse, every thing is fine, but why the colour gets tanner if every thing like nails and teeth get whiter and shiner. i want a pinkish white tone instead of tanner. if it makes me tan should i avoid it.
and can i use castor oil with milk for enema purpose or could use enema sticks, pl give an easier enema method. and do we need to use enema every time while using egg yolk , lemon and oil.
I tried your detox formula (limes/yolks/oil) last night shortly after midnight for the first time. I woke up the following morning and did an enema at around 0830, however I didn't notice anything unusual come out. In fact hardly anything came out except water. Am I doing something wrong? For example you suggest doing an enema 3 or 4 hours after taking the formula. Is taking an enema 8 hours after the formula too long?
That's a very interesting recipe, thank you, Tsetsi, I searched for it after a friend told me yesterday how she did her liver cleanse, and she said that she passed A LOT of green stones. This is what she did, it's an even easier method:
Eat lightly the previous week. Eat a light supper the night before the cleanse. Do enema the night before. At 5 am mix 1 egg into a glass of mineral water (no gas), and drink. Put a hot bottle on the right-hand side (where the liver is) and go back to sleep. When you get up in the morning a few hours later, you will be passing stones.
I am still missing a few details, such as I can't figure whether I am supposed to lie on my back or right-hand side, and whether I have to do the enema or can just take a laxative, but it sounds very easy and I am going to do it. I'll keep you guys posted if it works.
I haven't read anywhere on this forum about using hot bottle, but I heard about it from a lot from people I have talked to. Any ideas what the effect of the hot bottle is?
I did this flush. I used conventional limes that smelled good, organic hempseed oil, + organic omega3 eggs.
I ate an apple about 2 hours before the flush, but had not eaten or drank anything during the 3 hours other than that & was quite hungry when I downed the mix.
I did go to sleep & awoke after 4 hours from the flush. The 2 enemas were mostly empty. There were no stones, nothing green, & just about 5 things that looked like seeds & 2 or 3 small jelly-like parasites. Nothing really interesting. It seems that whenever the enema is full enough to fill my appendix, I get some seeds out.
So I immediately doubled the dose & drank twice as much of the mix, after the enemas & went back to sleep. I did not eat/drink anything for well over 3 hours on the 2nd & 3rd flush.
About 7 hours later, another very-warm enema produced nothing.
So during lunch time I mixed the rest of the limes that I bought + some fresh squeezed orange juice to make it taste good with some walnut oil & the egg-yolks. Still, so far, nothing, but I'll let you know if I get anything.
I do not feel any discomfort. I felt a small amount of sensation (aching) on my right side the first 2 times, but it was hardly noticable, usually.
It may be that I do not have any stones. I'm not having detox symptoms or anything.
I eat mostly raw fruits & some raw veggies. I try to keep 80% of my calories from fruits/veggies/greens & 10% from fats(oils/nuts) & 10% from protein (turkey maybe once a week, sometimes longer).
My water is blessed very powerfully, distilled, & magnetized.
I have a chlorine filter on my shower-head. I use it to take a bath w/ epsom-salts regularly.
I exersize every day. Jump-rope is awesome, but also lift weights & run when the CTs are not so bad, to get some sunlight.
I meditate & pray daily, do not watch TV, & attend poetry club meetings.
I fast occasionally, & zap occasionally. I am making an experimental zapper, so I am always trying new settings.
Could it be possible that I do not have stones in my gall-bladder, even though I have never seen any of the green stuff leave me? I may have seen some chaff leave a year ago when I did a flush, but nothing significant, no 1" wide green rocks.
I've drunk about a gallon of fresh juiced apple-juice a day for a few weeks, just a few months ago, same goes for oranges.
I've heard others say that the only flush that really got stuff out was the Hulda Clark flush followed to the "T", but I've heard others mention having problems w/ their bowels, probably caused by the salt-water flush, which my intuition tells me to not do.
Maybe following her flush protocol followed w/ prune juice, instead of salt water would do the job. I like the prune juice idea. Maybe that will work.
After a few hours, after the third flush, I cooked up some onions w/ the eggwhites that I saved & ate a big bowl of eggwhites & fried onions. It tasted so-so. I figured, w/ $5 eggs, I better not let them go to waste. An hour later, out came some of the normal colored waste & 5 little pea-green stones floating on the top.
So it looks like the flush worked after all. I wonder if the extra cholesterol from the egg-whites had something to do w/ helping them flush out. Huggins states that animal-based cholesterol is required to detox mercury successfully. There may be something to it.
I'll wait some time before attempting my next flush.
It looks like the previous poster has corrected me. Well, alrighty then. :)
