Csn i lift weights while master cleansing?
Fi so should I make the solution and drink while in the gym for extra energy or just water. the reson for this is I dont want to loose all my hard earn muscle gains in a 10- 20 day fast.
can I oil-Pull while on the master cleanse???
I'm not so sure if I agree with that answer. Weightlifting usually tears down muscle tissue and requires protein to rebuild which you are not getting on the MC. Aerobic exercise is ok depending on your energy level but probably not weight lifting.
Oil pulling gets the digestive system going and one of the goals of the Master-Cleanse is to give the digestive system a rest...
There's no reason to be confused but I can see why you are. One person says yes and another says no. The first person gave no reasons.
