Calcium Citrate plus Vitamin D, that is supposed to be the most easily absorbed calcium supplement.
I also use a green powder drink that has organic calcium, I think that is the best choice, but my doctor wants me to get plenty of calcium, so I use the citrate too.

I also take Calcium Citrate and Magnesium Citrate. I have been using Peter Gillham's water-soluable formula and I'm very happy with it because I feel the difference. It also is cheaper than any other Cal/Mag product I've bought.
Then I take Fulvic Acid minerals, but can't say I feel any noticable results. I also take Kelp. thx

About the 2:1 ratio - have you ever read "The Miracle of Magnesium" by Carolyn Dean. She says that we need more magnesium than 2:1 ratio. I believe she quotes something like 1000mg Calcium to 600mg Magnesium.
