Hi Im new to this forum. I have just been informed of the wonders of Castor Oil & Im wanting some advise.
I have Cervical Stenosis bi-laterally on C5,C6 & C7 & Im willing to try anything to cure the spurs on my vertabrae.
I was wondering how I should be taking it? Am I supposed to soak my neck constantly with the Castor Oil? Plus should I be taking it orally?...and if so how much should I take. I will appreciate any advice.
According to an article I read a long time ago. It said Edgar Cayce suggest applying castor oil to one side of a folded cloth and place it against the back of the neck.
It suggested using folded flannel cloth with a folded towel behind it to keep the castor oil from bleeding through the other side and staining the bed or back of the chair where you rest your head. I would think a piece of plastic would be better behind the folded towel would help?
The bio-cranial neck stretch exercises has helped many people with your problem.
I will certainly give it a try & see how it goes. Im VERY excited to hear about the effects of Castor Oil on spurs & just went to the shops to buy some! I have some surgical strapping tape from when I had physio so I will tape the Castor Oil cloth onto the back of my neck with a plastic cover to prevent any leaking.
