It's way more mineral-dense than the M.S.
If you don't like the taste, make sure you have a good-quality organic unsulphered BSM.
Meridian or Wholesome are two good ones, depending on where you are. I've tried Nutrimax, which claims to be organic, unsulphered, and it's foul. Wholesome is delicious.
The only possible downside I can imagine is, you might possibly not need so much iron...but only you'd know that.
