I'm fasting for weight loss I don't care about my goals I'm realistic just as long as I lose some weight.,so I'm happy that I can drink flavored,water or get a diet soda to drink.It has also the same results when you fast on just water.So if your board and you have a bad day,have a diet soda with ice,or get a nice flavored water.Now I only say this if your not cleansing.Just for weight loss only.Another thing I have fasted for 6 days and have lose 6lbs.Still fasting for another 17 days.The way to fast for weight loss.
1.stop jumping on the scales everyday.(your not normal)so act normal.
2.only weight yourself 1 time a week.ONCE A WEEK (normal)
3.Get plenty of rest.(DO TAKE NAPS)
4.find something relaxing like yoga.
6.take one day at a time.
Now everyone is different,sadly most of you have weighed yourself everyday,why are you going to that extreem that is called obsession and that is very unhealthy it is annoying for you and you won't have a positive reaction save it for a weeks time,then you'll be happier cause your results are amazing..It is not normal to jump on the scale daily ,I see only very good results once a week.Find something else to do,another thing we will lose weight,so be realistic,Your body is different from everyone else,think about the first 10 lbs and the next 10lbs.Say no more.Good luck and take care.be strong.Don't go on about wanting to be the fake ass hollywood ugly bony bitches,please it is so dame ugly to see,young hollywood beauties gone down to skin and bone stupid looking and nasty to men..It is not sex appeal and it is ignorance because they should be role models for our teenagers,because of hollywood many women have destroyed there health.Be realistic.Not ignorant/nobody is perfect.
i have alot of experience with fasting ive lost 120 pounds doing so and in my experiences of fasting, i would never down any other faster in here the way you did. what do you mean why are we obsessing about the scale and how much we weight. so what if we choose to weigh ourselves everyday? i mean i weigh once a week when im on a fast but who are you to tell folks how to fast if youve only been doing it for 6 days you wait until you get to week 2 . people can not help weighing them selves, and every goal is realistic. if anything encourage and stop telling folks things to do, especially things ive already told em to do like rest if you want to you can read my past posts and it seems as if you just copied and pasted . tell us something we dont know and second to that i happen to be in the entertainment industry and the way you down down young hollywood is pretty low if i may say. what my point is you have no point and your rude selfish remarks are not wanted here, and next time you say something about fasting gain experience and dont go off them 6 days iight you just started fasting and already you are the "fasting gurue" peace and hair grease
your comment prove's my point,facts please not judgement of my healthy advice,I lost a dear friend and sister three years ago,who weight herself every day,and went crazy if she gained a pound or two,she was so upset she would dry fast for days to catch up on her goal and could not tolerate failure,she wanted tobe like the hollywood actresses,whom make every innocent teenager feel their not thin enough,we are all beautiful no matter what weight we are.People love us for who we are not what we want to look like.I tried everything to help her understand , and like your comment,which was really sad to say you misunderstood and did not see my message as considerate,concerned and helpful she acted the same way,ignoring my concerns.She was my identical twin sister.while she critized me too,it was 7 months later when she died,from starvation.Her obsession became anorexia.She left behind a six year old girl and 8 year old boy and broke all our hearts.Three years now and I have helped many young teenagers cope with the same problems.I work with young teenagers,who think that the hollywood lifestyle is normal.Now what were you saying.P.S good job on losing your weight you should be proud of yourself.But facts please.I'm intitled to an opinion and I can have free speech.So correct me if I'm wrong.Find someone else to target.some people are aggrissive,and plain ignorant.Experience here,I know what happens when weight loss becomes out of control.It leads to serious complications with health.Losing my twin ,tought me how easy it is to get caught up with obsession with weight.
I read the message and I don't understand what your problem is Samantha.Your the one that is very RUDE....Reading your message Samantha,made me realize how sad you are.I feel sorry for you.I would weight myself and get dissapointed at times,and I know I'm not the only one.She has a point,there is times when you get so mad,during a fast that you can give in.I broke my fast and got back on track.I'm experienced too.But no one ever insulted me, the way you insult other fasters.Your a mean person.
