im not really sure why, but a few hours after i drank a glass of water. . . and smelled my sister's cooking >_>, i vomited, was very acidic and felt nice coming out of my nose, has been a few minutes since then and have not attempted to drink anything.
wondering if this is bad? i was fine, but wokeup very hungry, but its nothing i cant handle hehe
Perhaps your body is fascilitating detox by purging itself via vomiting. If you read a few pages back, there was some talk about dry fasting, i.e. fasting with no water. Can't be done for many days but it is considered the most intensive and effective form of fasting (by some). Sounds like that's kinda what you're doing.
I wouldn't be too worried about your condition for a day or so, but if, after that, you can't take water I suggest you try to take The Master Cleanse lemonade beverage w/ cayenne (or at least lemon juice with cayenne, no syrup) or perhaps some small amount of fresh fruit juice diluted in water. Then taking some electrolyte mineral beverages like Emergen-C or CalMagFiz. Because you don't want to risk becoming dangerously dehydrated, it would be better to gently break the fast and do juice cleansing, and then at a later time go back to fasting.
Are you cleansing your intestines? Maybe you cannot eliminate toxins fast enough, perhaps you should get a colonic, or at least do a few enemas.
It sounds like you have had a lot of toxins dumped in your digestive system and vomiting was the fastest way for your body to get rid of them. I have never thrown up while water fasting, but a couple of years ago I was doing a fast/liver cleanse supervised by my Naturopathic doctor. This involved drinking apple juice and eating raw apples every day for ten days, also ingesting olive oil twice a day (for the liver flushing). On the third day I got very sick with projectile vomiting. I felt like I was dying, but the doctor explained it was from my liver dumping an overload of toxins into my system. He said this was very common with people with congested and toxic laden livers and bowels and assured me it was temporary and necessary. Since then I have down several bowel cleanses, easier liver flushes, and frequent short fasts. That problem has never reoccured.
If you do not get better soon, consider either stopping your fast or switching over to a fresh juice fast. At your age and weight, you do not need to risk dehydration or extreme weight loss. While I wish you great success in whatever has led you to fasting, please do not risk your health. One day a week or three days a month fasts combined with a healthy diet can gently detoxify your body and build good health.
