Perhaps your body is fascilitating detox by purging itself via vomiting. If you read a few pages back, there was some talk about dry fasting, i.e. fasting with no water. Can't be done for many days but it is considered the most intensive and effective form of fasting (by some). Sounds like that's kinda what you're doing.
I wouldn't be too worried about your condition for a day or so, but if, after that, you can't take water I suggest you try to take The Master Cleanse
lemonade beverage w/ cayenne (or at least lemon juice with cayenne, no syrup) or perhaps some small amount of fresh fruit juice diluted in water. Then taking some electrolyte mineral beverages like Emergen-C or CalMagFiz. Because you don't want to risk becoming dangerously dehydrated, it would be better to gently break the fast and do juice cleansing, and then at a later time go back to fasting.
Are you cleansing your intestines? Maybe you cannot eliminate toxins fast enough, perhaps you should get a colonic, or at least do a few enemas.
