I am on day 7 of a mostly water and some applejuice, prunejuice and lemon juice with maple syrup.
Since yesterday I am getting more and more pain just under my ribs on both sides.
I saw yesterday the blurb at the top that fasting can promote Gallstones and that got me worried. How usual is that? What could be causing my pain. I plan to end the fast tomorrow with a liver flush. Should I eat first IF the fasting has caused more stones?
My advice is when you break your fast let your digestion system back to normal before you do planned liver flash. Eat for couple of days at least something light. In about four may be even five days u can do your liver flush. I did it on the base of grapefruit-olive oil bases and I got pretty good results (it was my first liver flush)... As for the answers on your another questions, you need to wait for another feedbacks from more experienced ppl of this field.
From my personal experience I don't think fasting CAUSES stones. However, if you have ANY issues, they will arise at some point while fasting! I passed a kidney calcification during a long fast last summer, but definitely knew my kidneys were acting up before the fast.
Fasting IS a flush... and it flushes liver/gallbladder, kidneys... along with everything else. If you have congestion in any area that is trying to flush it will become painfully apparent.
