Please begin a new thread with a more cohesive and telling subject line (that my obnoxious one!) about what we spoke a few days ago:
your gourmet habits and knowledge
how you combine that with your - almost registered dietician's - knowledge of food, proteins, etc
the detrimental aspects of food, which you know as well; ie, meat rotting in one's stomach, sushi producing parasites (sob!), cheese producing mucus, etc.
I'm ever so interested, and I know BondGirl was too, though she's since disappeared. I'm willing to bet your info will be welcomed by quite a few people.
Don't scrimp on the length! (Course, that's coming from one whose posts are BREVITY INCARNATE - LOL!!!!!!!!!)
