HOw does everyone make their lemon juice?
I bought an electric juicer last Friday (I know myself too well; if I would have had to manually squeeze umpteen lemons, I never would have done it. This way, I got a new toy that is fun to use and motivates me to make the juice!). However, I am never sure if I have to peel the lemon or if I can just cut it up and put it in the juicer whole. I read somewhere that it is not necessary to peel the lemon, but then again, it seems if you don't peel it, that the peel will be part of the juice. ??? Yuck? What does everyone else do?
I also bought some organic lemonade made with Sugar cane juice, just in case of emergency. :)
When juicing, their are several items of fruit that you can leave the "skin" on . . . lemons are not one of them. I cannot quote the medical information other than "DO NOT" juice rinds of the lemon. Not a good thing.
I have a 1.99 item like the others here. Enjoy La Machine.
What else goes into this lemon master cleanse? I am just reading about it for the first time. I want to do it, but I won't be adding any sugar, that's for sure. Is it just water and lemon juice? What about the enamel on your teeth?
The enamel of your teeth....are your teeth sensitive? Is your enamel wearing thin that you know of?
You should drink through a straw, the lemonaid will go right down your throat. Stay away from HCl because a lot of people report enamel wearing off and tooth sensitivity...it may not happen to you, but be careful.
