I just finished day two of my lemon fast. I was doing the p/b shakes twice a day for about two weeks prior to get
used to them. I am now taking five per day as recommended. I have two questions: Since I am a 200+ male
should I be taking larger shaked (presently taking one heaping T of psyllium and a level T of bentonite). My
second question has to do with probiotics. I was reading some literature from Holistic Horizons about the
"Robert Gray Intestinal Cleeansing Program" and it was suggested in this literature that a cleanse like the one I am
embarking upon will remove the beneficial lactobacteria along with the stagnant waste. He suggests using his product which
combines a bulking agent while multipling the exisiting, implanted lactobacteria. Have you heard of this?
