I've been on candid supps for a while now. I had terrible die-off from Primal Defense and noticed lower right back after taking it (about 6 weeks ago). Quit taking it, but the back pain continued to some degree. Started Threelac two weeks ago - no noticeable die-off, but last night started getting sharp pains under right side of my rib cage, gall bladder? That stopped after about a half hour than terrible lower back pain. Went to emergency today and the doc says muscle spasm? To me, I think it could be my kidney - from die-off. Could all the toxins being killed and released be causing pain in my kidney. It's at the very lower right side, probably below pelvis. There was a trace of blood in the urine, but the doctor said that was of no concern. Any help? I've been very constipated for weeks now. Thanks so much, getting worried here.
Well, if 3lac is not working for you, you might want to consider LB12?? From your constipation, it seems that your colon and bowel is unhealthy and could the reason causing the pains?? I am not what 3lac contains but LB12 has 12 strains of LIVE bacteria with 5 colonizing strains. There are 3 strains of Bifidum bacteria and 2 are colonzing. They are very effective in clearing the colon n bowel of old debris, toxins and harmful bacteria.
Combined with flax hulls, they are very effective to help overcome constipation. Flax hulls containe both soluble and insoluble fibre. It is also a great immune system booster and very useful for your health.
The Threelac should not harm you. Please rest assure.
BUT that is very BIG BUT you need to make sure you are going BM at least twice a day you are just reabsorbing the toxins and dieoff in your body. PLEASE you have to make sure you are going potty and also taking enzymes and drinking a lot of water.
Let us know how you are doing.
What kind of enzymes should I take? Should I do some kind of kidney cleanse? I've been constipated for about 2 months. Could that be causing the back pain - it's really bad. They did nothing at the hospital - no blood or x-ray - just assumed it was a muscle pull which I know it isn't? Thanks so much.
I could be wrong.
If you can get a hold of some of Dr Schulzes Formula 1 or something that will help you to go. Maybe check at your local health food store you really need to do this.
I take Natures perfect enzymes from Noble supplements.
They are wonderful and past the enzyme test.
They are also a plant based enzyme.
I think they are great and one of the best out there.
They are 24.95 in the store and there sister company has the same ones with a different company name on them and charge like 29.95 last time I checked.
I bought some a few weeks ago because I sent starr my own personal bottle I had 2 and both open 1 for work and 1 for home but counted and made sure I gave her a full bottle so she could have them for her sick daughter when I sent her Threelac and hydroxygen.
Anyway since everyone wanted to know what enzymes to get I just didnt feel comfortable telling them global when I dont know how good theirs our I never used them and they are like 39.95.
I went ahead and bought 15 bottles of the enzymes with my retail license ( which is for something else nothing to do with supplements) so I have been able to offer anyone who wants them for 18.50 this is a great price for GOOD enzymes.
These are enzymes you can find at your health food store.
Good Luck and get that pooper pooping!!!!!!!
This is almost definitely what's causing your back pain. I suggest you get some Colosan which is a magnesium oxide/ozonide and lots of other mag preparations that releases oxygen into your colon. It's a wonderful cleanse, is very cost effective and, most importantly, will GUARANTEE you're regular.
Check out the link below, just one supplier I found with a quick search.
There are a few things necessary in your diet to produce a frequent and healthy stool. WATER. You need to be drinking loads of the stuff to hydrate your bowel or it gets stuck, and especially with back/kidney pain. Drink at least half your body weight in ounzes. A simple kidney cleanse is Parsley/cornsilk/nettle herbal teas, drink, drink, drink to flush those kidneys out. FIBRE. Are you eating enough fruit and veg? Have some oatbran porridge every morning. Add a tablespoon of flax seeds (drink more water for this one). OIL. You need good quality oil (not cooking oils or animal fats) to lubricate. A tablespoon of olive oil once a day (good for candida) or walnut, and the Omega oils from fish or flaxseed.
I have not yet tried Three Lac, but have been a candida sufferer for a number of years. I am presently taking a garlic supplement which is causing extreme die-off, more than any other product that I have tried, and believe me I have tried a few. One of my symptoms is the lower back pain as well, which I know to be the kidneys, and I do believe it is due to the cleansing affect as well as the extra toxic overload being dumped into the system with the die-off. I have found great relief using the herb uva ursi, which can be purchased at any health food store. This helps along the cleansing process giving the kidneys the extra support, and also relieves the lower back pain. I also agree with the person who suggested you work on getting the bowel moving. Psyllium is a good fiber product, but you may need extra help while your body is eliminating the yeast.... cascara sagrada, senna..... any health store can steer you in the right direction with this. colonics and temporary enemas may be very beneficial for a time.... Hang in there, you are on the right track...
