Any tips/advice on using Dr. Schulze 's eyebright formula?
I already know the directions for use.
Also, I would LOVE to hear peoples' experiences using this formula and any benefits you have experienced. What can I expect? Will I have a bloodshot eye for an hour? Will it stain my sclera (white part)? Will my nearsightedness improve in the short term ("clear flash")?
P.S. I bought an eyecup from CVS (pharmacy) USD $3.49. It's glass like Dr. Schulze says to use. I think the manufacturer is "Flents". I looked many places and I found that CVS was the only place that had glass eye cups. I don't know if CVS is around all over the country. I'm from New England.

I would suggest you start out using one to two drops of the tincture. Then add more drops as you get used to the eye drops.
I would put the drops into a cup of warm water to evaporate the alcohol in the tincture. Use enough water to fill the eye wash cup. I also found out that I my eyes could not tolerate the room temperature water, but the warm water did just fine.
Have a box of tissues next to you. Your sinuses will probably start to drain like you never seen before at first. The more I did this the less my nose would drain.
I would do this in the bathroom next to the sink with the lights turned off. Leave the door open for just enough light that you are not in complete darkness. The water in the eye cup would magnify the the light and I could not stand the extra brightness when I opened my eye.
Yes your eyes will probably turn red or at least bright pink, but that only lasted for about ten minutes.
When they cleared up the white of my eyes seemed a bite whiter.
I can't really say that this helped my vision, but it certainly did not hurt it either. My eyes seemed to feel refreshed after doing it, and it drained my sinuses. I built up a tolerance that I could use 10 to 15 drops. You will just have to experiment on yourself to see what happens. Good luck. I hope this helps.
