I still have carbs- but its the unrefined organic stuff , either Spelt, or sprouted grains. Just eat it sparingly. YOu could have some pasta if you dont use the commercial pasty refined crap ,but the El Dente' low-carb stuff is okay.
Home-made Pesto sauce or tomatoe sauce with garlic chunks will really turn-off parasites!
Use cold pressed Olive oil in the sauce too. and bits of chives.
Dairy is something to stay away from when doing parasite cleanses-- but you can still occasionally have some enzyme rich organic yogurt-or Kefir-- thery're good probiotics which you need to fight against parasites at times.
Meat is something to also limit- as it sits in the digestive tract too long-and if you have parasites, you dont want to give them anything to make a new home or feed off of. If eating meat, make sure to get lots of raw fruits and veggies and Colon Cleanse
daily that week- to push the digested meat so it doesnt sit in your colon or lower bowels too long.
