An hour ago passed an 18 inch long pregnant snake. I'm going to be a
little graphic. At first it seemed like a normal stool, but it came halfway out, like seven inches, and wouldn't break off. Something I have never experienced in my life. Then, I pushed a little more and it almost felt like the weight of what was out pulled the rest of it out. I was stunned. I got a bamboo kabob skewer and picked the whole thing up in one piece. It was about a foot long. Just like the pictures. It was shaped like my intestines, almost a mold. I put it back down and tried to cut through it in one of its thinnest spots, using the side of the toilet to press against with the skewer and it was like rubber and wouldn't cut. I flushed everything down. For about a half hour afterwards my whole body was tingling.
Being a natural skeptic I though about if this could be from the psyllium and the Bentonite only. It didn't seem like it. The fact that it wouldn't break off when it was halfway out tells me this is another substance entirely. It was really like rubber. The naysayers claim the psyllium and Bentonite mold inside your colon and form the substance. But they also claim that the colon is pink inside and nothing can stick there. Except psyllim and bentonite??
I mixed a little psyllium and bentonite together in a saucer and put it on top of my hot water heater. I want to see what it's like if it's hardened.
Not that I need it but does anyone have anymore evidence on this topic. My body's reaction to passing the plaque tells me what I need to know.
Holy Moley. Is this your first time releasing plaque? What does it smell like? I'm definitely interested in seeing if that's really plaque and not just the psyllium+bentonite. What color was it? Are you taking in any nutrients on the master phase? He said a water fast is recommended but some still drink vegetable broths on it. Also, it seems odd that you're only releasing plaque on this phase... although i did read that the only way to really productively release plaque is when the digestive burden has been TOTALLY removed.
Oh another question, jamie. You mentioned your pH was 6.5 prior to the cleanse. Was this the pH of your first morning urine? I read the cleanse guide for AriseandShine and it said it's recommended that you have a pH of 7 to start the cleanse. Did they say it was okay to go in with a 6.5 pH?
It would be interesting to get what you got examined. it must've stunk, huh? maybe it was the psyllium and Bentonite from the past 3 weeks that you've been using it on for the cleanse? it could also be the herbs? it's probably a mixture of those AND toxins and mucus.
Yes this is my first time releasing plaque. It smelled like a porta-potty. Like feces but with something else bad added. It was dark brownish to black.
It was my first day of the master phase.
I did have a 20oz vegetable juice fresh from my local veggie restaurant.
My digestive system had no burden yesterday for the first time.
It would be interesting to do a further study on a mucoid plaque such as mine. See how much is Bentonite and psyllium and how much bacteria is in it and even what type.
I pity that lab technician
My little Science project with the psyllium and Bentonite in the saucer was interesting. It turned into a hard substance that was flexible but broke if you bent it as much as my plaque bent when it hung over the skewer.
So it probably is "a mixture of those AND toxins and mucus." there had to be something in it to hold it together and make it so flexible that wasn’t bentonite or psyllium.
A lab report would be great proof. Interesting that no one has done that.
Man. So I guess it's true that the best way to remove plaque is to have NO digestive burden whatsoever. That's pretty hard to do a fast for a week... I don't even know if that's safe. Please keep the forum updated with this courageous cleanse.
What did you eat during the prior 3 phases? Do you get hungry ever? What do you do to fill yourself up?
I've gotta tell you, I'm only 7 days in am I'm thinking I'm never going to see anything like that, but time and time again people say they have this experience. Does this happen for everyone? I am going to freak if I see something like that!
I passed some more of this stuff about an hour ago. It looks like the larger part of my colon. Like I passed the bottom plaque yesterday and more of the upper today. It was very rubbery. Having done a little experiment with psyllium and Bentonite in a saucer on a low heat source i found the stuff I passed (having not eaten in 2 days) was the psyllium and Bentonite with some other adhesive substance. Something rubbery. I believe it was plaque exactly as described.
Look for the stool that floats. I am in my second week. We take a metal coat hanger and poke at the ones that float and that's were we see the rubbery string looking stuff. AND, I have been eating like normal, meat and all, and still see it. The surgeon I work with says it's all a hoax, but they told me that with the black salve I used to cure my skin cancer too!
I don't visit this board much and haven't read all the posts, so excuse me if I'm out of line. BUT, I have passed enough muccoid plaque (which I have video taped, taken pictures of ect) to know that it is real. 2+ years into this I passed acouple of crazy chunks Monday, and I hadn't had a P/B shake in at least a week. It's hard to believe. Shoot, sometimes I don't believe it, but as friend of mind once put it, "it's like we have another dimension n there". Best of luck.
