Hi I am looking for a natural food you eat or juice, to rebuild worn away joint cartilege and synovial fluid. I have heard about glucosamine & chondroitin....but I believe there is something in our God given food that has the same qualities. Does any one know what those sources are? Thank you and many Blessings to all. SOSO
I am someone who has suffered from severe muscle and joint pain. I am in the process of gaining my health back. One thing to look for if buying glucosamine is to make sure it has a d in front of it. Check on the back of the bottle. D is far more utilized than regular and this product does work along with chondroitin.
Also Norwegian cod fish oil is great for the joints. You can buy any oil but oil from the fish in Northern Europe has hardly any chemicals and carcinogens. Most important is to keep juicing and eating properly. I know that the body takes care of itself when given the proper food.
Avoid any acidic foods or juices such as spinach, chard, cranberry, plums and of course caffeine, alcohol, red meat and refined foods. As for a specific fruit or vegetable, the rest are all important. You need the whole vitamin package. You could also search online about a treatment called prolo-therapy. It has worked miracles for many.
Hello "J" - I'm wondering if you can help me. My friend has done something to his knee, plus he has bad muscle and joint pain in that knee. It actually started with the other knee first, but then subsided, and then went to the other knee, where it remains with great pain. You sound like you're familiar with that. What I wanted to know is, does that regiment you follow really help? Plus, this joint pain seemed to have come out of nowhere, just started up one day a few months ago and then grew worse. Now his knee seems to have a "hard" muscle right above the knee cap (a little to the right), like a big knot. he refuses to do ANYTHING, he thinks it'll just go away. So, if you do respond to this, I'm going to show it to him when he comes over. Hey man, thanks! JoeD
