You can read more about Lemonade Diet @ http://www.schoolofoptimumhealth.com/body/master_cleanse/master_cleanse.htm
I suggest buy the book for following reasons:
1. It only costs 6.50$
2. If you follow link from CureZone.com its helps the site
3. Its handy and you can read anytime
4. You can give it to a friend or anyone after reading.
I think i read it on the above website or maybe in the forum, you can smoke, but you wont have the urge to smoke and it will help to cut down the habit automatically.
You're not supposed to smoke on the MC, but I did during sporadically during my first two MC's and once during my third. On my third MC, I didn't smoke until near the end, and then I only smoked two cigarettes, but I felt so sick the next day that I swore off smoking forever --one day at a time. I haven't had a cigarette in about six weeks and I feel great. Whenever I get the urge I think about how sick I felt after smoking and the urge goes away.
Anyway, my point is that it's better not to smoke on the MC, but you can still do the MC and smoke - you just won't be getting the maximum benefit that you would if you didn't smoke. I still believe it is worth doing, but some disagree and think you should quit entirely while on the MC.
I just want to saqy that you are an inspiration Rowan to all of us!! I was a lurker on this board for a few months until I finally decided to do this cleanse primarily to get over my cigarette and food addictions...So far I'm on day 2 and I don't have the urge for either one of them...
6 weeks is an awesome accomplishments I hope to put them down for good now
