In a previous series of posts Moreless has suggested 1 Table spoon of the Pickling lime into 1 gallon ( 1 US gallon is approx 3.8litres (not Imp gallons)), then one table spoon of that into into our drinking water, but doesnt suggest a ratio.
One table spoon into 1 litre of water? Into One glass of water?
Any suggestions on this!
PS Have noticed improved energy levels from the Black Molasses and ACV mix.
Sorry Invincible but i think you have it wrong on the pickling lime! The gallon of distilled water with a tablespoon of pickling lime is the base for the BS Mollasses and magnesim sulphate and acv or lemon ! One glass of the pickling lime solution then add the other ingredience to that!
I cant find the original post but maybe your right ! if so i been doing it wrong and I better find out for sure I suppose I did find a post that said only one tablespoon of the solution in a foot bath so now I am concerned ! I dont suppose you can OD on pickling lime! I will back off till I find the right post or moreless answers!
The one gallon of distilled water , you add one Tablespoonful of the pickling lime to it, and this is your stock solution of Lime water which you only use one Tablespoonful of it to add to any other drink which you want to!
