I would suggest drinking 8 glasses of water per day, distilled is best. Just straight water, if you drink other beverages they should not be included in those 8 glasses.
Only eat natural whole foods, cut out all high saturated high sodium preserved foods.
Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies. Cut out excess Sugar
and simple carbs.
Do you have a juicer? Juice Celery, spinach, carrot and beets and drink daily (twice daily would be optimal)
Look for a green food supplement such as " Dr. Schulze
s superfood" or "Better Than Greens". Take each morning before breakfast.
