I was wondering what you guys think is the best enema to do for killing candida? I was thinking of adding oil of Oregano to the enema water because I've heard it kills candida so well, or maybe a little Colloidal Silver ...What do you suggest?
Be very very careful with what you put in that water. Your colon is a very sensitive being and you would'nt want to burn it with something strong?
Don't fokus on killing candida, focus on creating an environment which it does'nt like to live in. Do plain salt water enemas, that will clean up the waste matter which candida lives on, rob candida of its foods!
Liquid Bentonite is very soothing for the colon and will suck out poisons and bad bacteria in there.
Liquid clorofyll is extremly soothing and nutritios, detoxifying and yes, candida "killing" to some extent.
Others have done some apple cider vinegar enemas, but be very very careful with the doses, 1 tbl to 1 quart water, or even less of the vinegar! And if you are dehydrated in your colon you will dry it out even more with this enema. And always take a salt water enema after each "harsh" enema to clean it out, don't leave it in there.
Oregano oil is NOT a standard type of enema, so you should be VERY careful, experimenting with your body. As the first message above says is to well, intestines are fragile and they have very few pain nerve. Sooooooo, when you feel pain in there it is to be taken very seriously.
Oregano oil comes at various concentration and what might account for 4 drops in yours could be the equivalent of 1/2 a drop in someone's else o.o. or vice versa. You have to be careful about this all.
Stay away from salt enemas, so many of us are salt deficient and then the enemas goes all wrong as your metabolism absorbs it instead of letting it all out.
As you can see there is no such thing as an o.o. enema. However, apple cider vinegar - like o.o. - kills candida. Furthermore, ACV enemas reach higher up in the intestines. Stick to the recipe, do not overdo it or you will end up with inflammed intestines and likely leaky gut.
coffee enemas are fantastic with candida (and safe with leaky gut), so are Probiotics Enema s (recipe: lactobacilluss acidophilus) and simple water enemas. Wheat grass is okay on the candida diet (but I've never tried this enema), so are Epsom Salt and garlic (like o.o. garlic is an antifungal).
The reason I mentioned Oregano Oil is because in the research I've done it is by far the best thing that has been tested against candida and i mean hundreds of times better then some of the other standard treatments. If it is safe to be used as an emema for candida then it could make a huge difference.
