This morning I did a coffee w/ + grapefruit seed extract enema, then a urine enema, then 5 hours after doing those, I did a kefir/Primal Defense enema.
I didn't pass too much when I released the enema liquid... just some liver flukes and a few strange mucous like strings. But around 10 minutes ago, I had a strong urge pulling at my anus, so I ran to the bathroom, put on some Kylie Minogue music and got to business. The stool flew out of me like rockets and I grew with excitement. It's my favorite time of the day, being able to look at what came out of me. I was expecting maybe a few strands attached to the stools, like usual.
There was so much Candida/clear mucous strands that were floating around, I felt relief by just looking at it. It looked like a underwater ecosystem! There were no 2 particles alike. There was brown mucous, white mucous, red flakes, little ones, big ones, shiny ones, dull ones. You name it! There was a particularly big blob of it that had a black rubbery substance attached. It was everywhere!
I viewed closer.
Attached to the actual stool looked slightly different to the other strands I had passed. These were more.. I can't explain. Ah, yes! They looked like white pipe cleaners. They were standing straight up and seemed alittle more tougher than the other particles floating around. In my mind I guessed that they were the "drillers" that cause Leaky Gut, but I may be wrong.
I don't know if it was the coffee + antifungal enema, or the urine enema, or the probiotic enema.. but they all did the trick and I will continue to do enemas until I'm 100%. When I have the liquid inside of me during the enema, I always jump up and down to make sure to slush it all about inside my colon, possibly helping to loosen up the gunk. It works!! Try it!
How do u do an urine Enema...like a normal Enema?
And what's in it?
I did yesrerday a Liver Flush and started today with an Orange fast.
I and had a lot of success with my Liver flush, I had also a lot of Candida expelled, too.
So lets Clean and learn each other.
Yep, just pee in the bottle and squirt in your behind. It is one of the most beneficial enemas you can do, as your colon absorbs all of the nutrients from the urine and loosens up compacted fecal matter. I felt pretty weak and nauseated after passing all of that stuff, so I went and took a nap. Sorry for the delay in responses!
What I've come to notice is that when I do kefir enemas, that is when I pass the most candida tissue paper stuff. Most of the time I have a bowel movement that just consists of the white toilet paper like stuff, ALOT of it. Also along with the tissue paper candida stuff, there are black tissue papers with it, which I think may be dead candida.
In my mind, I picture the kefir being enemaed into my colon, fighting the candida and then winning, causing a bowel movement that then releases the candida, replacing the candida with the kefir probiotics.
Has anyone done kefir/yogurt enemas and experienced the same?
I have found that all the enemas you have done have helped me, kefir, antifungal etc. So you could have chosen any one and prob gotten good results, but you prob got fantastic results due to seriously going for it.
Some folk may advise not to go too heavy with these, but listen to your own body - you will know best.
I have a very strong tolerance to difficult propositions, such as I can basically put anything in my mouth now and not feel queazy.. (thanks alot Urine Therapy! ;)) But no knocking UT, it is one of the reasons I am excelling in my health way more than I was. I usually hold the enemas for around 20-30 minutes and spend about half the time moving my body in all types of positions. I stand on my head with my head and hands based on the bed and my body upside down against the wall, then I come down and jump and down really hard for a few minutes, then I twist my hips around turbo-speed (making sure to feel my guts, etc. moving about) I don't know if this helps with the removal of the bad guys, but I figured it would. You can't make a smoothie without some blending! magnolia - what EM do you suggest? Any links to your favorite products of EM?
I love your description! I think we should talk via the phone...I would like to talk to you more about UT...it is something I have been considering, but need more info from someone that has done it...my personal email is email@example.com, if you want I can call you or I can send you my number...Thanks, Maggie
