To identify candida
Candida coming out in urine: foamy, in stools: thread of snowball flakes that look like mashed toilet paper in vagina white discharge.
As long as you have yeast infection you are not over with candida. The uterine and toe nail are going to be the last ones to heal.
I used to think that I would be able to tell that I would be over with candida by stopping the antifungals and still feeling good. Actually, antifungals are overvalued when it comes to fight chronic fungal infections. They are very valuable for an ordinary fungal infection but when it is a chronic state, they do not help much.
I would not suggest to stop taking the antifungals before you get the diet under control, but when you do manage the diet, stopping them will actually relieve your liver a great deal. Ive stopped them 4 weeks ago. And I used to sweat they were THE thing. Until Shelley told me that she hardly ever used them!!! I was appalled and I decided to stop taking them. I must confess that at that time I had been twice through the routine of
2- kidney cleanse
3 liver cleanse
and I was already getting plenty of yeast in my stools when I decided to stop the antifungal treatment. The end result was better liver function. I keeps seeing candida in my stool daily, (since 12 weks now) I am not over with candida, but antifungals are no use when you know how to cope with constipation and the diet.
Well, then when are you over with candida. When you can eat Sugar
and not flare up.... When you do not see any yeasty thread in your stool while you carry on with B & P shake (or whatever you use to help it out). I know for sure that I wanna carry on with the P & B, until I see the long mucoid plaque (postmucoid plaque) that will confirm that my intestines are cleaned all the way to the very wall.
