Antifungals. I rotate - every 3 weeks - garlic and Grapefruit-Seed-Extract
- just use whatever quantity they recommend on the product you buy for the concentration can vary from one brand to the other.
Liver flush- It is advisable to do the intestinal cleanse BEFORE the liver flush. You say you've been doing P & B shakes - fantastic. You have a few options here.
I would advise that you carry on for 6 to 8 weeks before you start cleansing the liver (the liver is overworked in many ways because the intestine is too toxic, so cleansing the intestine is helpful for the liver). You could help your liver meanwhile by skipping a meal (lunch?) and drinking plenty - either vegetable juice - or else a bit of lemon in water (lemonade-no sugar) and it woudl ease your liver digestiev function in favor of the cleansing function it needs to work on as well.
Or you might want to start with liver cleanse right away- When you do the lemon - or grapefuit - liver cleanse - you can only do one every second week. And in between you could still carry on with psyllium - or with P & B shakes.
ONLY DO LIVER CLEANSE UNTIL YOU GET AN OUTSTANDING ONE- usually the 3rd or 4th. Then take a break and deal with the intestine and kidneys.
Do you do enemas? You should do ACV (apple cider vinegar enemas).
Always do an enema the day after the liver flush!
Yogurt is okay- you should take some with every meal -or else take yogurt supplement. These bacteria compete with candida in their environment.
Lemon/ lime - Lemon changes the acid/base equilibrium of the stomach in a way that forces the liver to give out a bit of extra bile- this is basically how the Liver Flush
works and also why i suggested lemonade along with the intestinal cleanse.
Apple/ most diet model will say that apples are a No no! I take one a day, (green ones are not that sweet) because they contain pectin. Pectin is a nutrient that re-establsish the stomach/liver equilibrium. I do not know if you have ever use Kaopectate for stomach issue the pectate ingredient relates to pectin.
Allergies are a side-effect of candida- You aer right to think they will become better when your liver functions better but, one step at a time. Liver Flushes
are very taxing on the body.
HOW LONG ON THE DIET + antifungals + cleanse + treatment + probiotics? Until you can eat sweet stuff and not get bloated without using antifungals (we all cheat here and there and get the reaction EVEN WHILE USING ANTIFUNGALS. So the day that no reaction will arrive, I will try to stop using antifungals and see how it goes and if even that is okay then I will be over it)
I had chronic fatigue when I found out about candida and only understood completely what the diet and other requirements about 6 months later. I'd say that someone with heavy brain fog should expect to follow the diet for more than a year.
On the topic of cheating, you must read Shelley top of this page: HOW TO CHEAT. & also read NOTES ON CANDIDA. She taucht me most of what I know about candida. She is a nutritionist and she has had candida so she knows what she is talking about. SHe has her own forum here at curezone: ASK SHELLEY>
