However ANY detox cycle will make you feel tired. So diminish the dose or like TC suggested stop for a few days. Whenever i get too tired (I am happy to know that my body is in this high detox mode- but) if I cannot get enough sleep I will just slow down on whatever supplemnents I am currently taking.
Detox occurs mostly at nigth time. When your body feels tired it means its has all the ingredients to start detox and feels a need to do it. When you have insomnia: you do not have all the necessary ingredients and because of a deficiency, your body can not
