I have decided to try eating minced fresh raw garlic several times a day to see if that gets out any parasites. Actually, I may throw in some grapefruit seed extract, too. I'm in the middle of a candida cleanse "trial" to see if I might have a candida problem. I'm staying off of Sugar
totally, as well as fruit, and any products that contain baking yeast (not because I think that baking yeast is candida, which it is NOT, but because oftentimes people who suffer from candida are allergic to baking yeast.) Grapefruit seed extract (GSE) is supposed to help rid the body of candida also, as is raw garlic.
I do smell like a salad, according to my husband, as I use olive oil and sometimes toasted sesame oil, as a moisturizer! Garlic + oil = a yummy salad odor! However, I am very willing to smell like a salad for awhile if it will do wonderful things for my health. Here are some benefits of garlic that I found on the net:

Hopefully, someday, I can add that it got rid of some parasites! I'll let you guys know if and when it happens!
